Kissing the edge of the 1200 acre Swaner Nature Preserve, you`ll love the feel of our Townhome. Expansive mountain and ski resort views from either the lower deck which includes the hot tub, gas fire pit and Traegar grill, or above on the headmaster suite balcony. A stones throw or short walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and entertainment in Kimball Junction, and a short drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Utah Olympic Park, and Historic Main Street Park City.
On the main floor of the townhome you`ll find an open concept with beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood beams on the ceiling giving it a dramatic touch. Relax in the living area on a stylish couch and enjoy the ambiance created with the gas fireplace. Next to the living room and out the sliding glass back door you`ll find our lower patio with the hot tub, gas fire pit and Traegar Grill.
The chef`s kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel and is fully equipped.
Next to the kitchen is one of the three full bathrooms.
Upstairs is home to the the headmaster bedroom suite which includes a private balcony and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom which also includes an ensuite bathroom, and the second living room with the twin trundle bed to accommodate a larger group or family.

Excellent location - not new.
The property is an an excellent location and similar to many other properties in this exact location. The first word in the VRBO listing is "New". It certainly is not new. The unit has a fair amount of wear and tear. All minor things such as squeaky doors and floors, carpet stains, and some doors/closet doors that don't properly work. It would also be nice to have 6 - 8 matching water glasses. It felt very hodge-podge. I am probably being picky, as these things did not really cause us too much discomfort and, overall, the unit was fine for our family of four. Just don't expect a new townhome when you arrive.

Park City 2025
Excellent property for a ski trip. Easy access to Canyons and PC Ski Resort, close to Park City. Newpark and Redstone are newer development with shops, stores and restaurants within walking distance.Drew and managemeant team provided right information at the right time, so our stay was worry free and enjoyable.I highly recommend this property for a relaxing time on the mountain!
