With amazing views and easy 'ski-away' access from the property takes you to Success ski run, and returning back home entails a short walk across the street then ski back to your location. After a day exploring the mountains, come back and relax in the common hot tub during the Winter or enjoy the private community pool and tennis court area during summer months.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: all bedrooms are located on the lower level.

Bedroom 1: The main bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a tub and shower combination.

Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom features a queen bed.

Bedroom 3: The guest bedroom features a bunkbed: (Twin on top/Queen on bottom)

Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full bathroom tub and shower combination. An additional Queen-sized sofa sleeper is located in the loft area that adding a bonus sleeping option for your group.

Kitchen and Dining: Stepping up stairs from the entrance of the home, you'll enter the main great room with a living area, kitchen, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen provides you with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware necessary for meals. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 5 kitchen bar stools.

Living Area: Continue into the great room to unwind into vacation mode and gather around for a relaxing evening in front of the Gas Fireplace and watch your favorite past time movie. Venture outside to the front deck with table seating for 2 and BBQ, boasting mountain views. An additional loft is provided for those quiet moments to read a book.

Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day.

Laundry: This property features a new stackable washer and dryer which comes with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Parking: The residence has an outside and covered parking area, first come.

Community amenities: There is a Common hot tub for all seasons and in the summertime, enjoy the Common area pool and tennis courts.

Ski access: Ridgepoint has direct ski-out access called "Silver Lake access Trail" that leads directly to Success ski trail taking you down to Snow Park Lodge area of Deer Valley. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski access Trail' then Walk about 300 yards on Royal Street back to the Ridgepoint complex (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).
