Little things matter

Advertised with hot tub but it wasnt even filled and never got filled. Significant disappointment based on price paid. Lack of blankets and pillows in bedrooms. Only two pillows on master bed and no extra blanket for bed so had to use bed spread as cover. Windows were drafty as well as sliding glass door. The main tv in family room wasnt HD. We looked forward to new years football games and had to watch in SD. I thought there would be a closet or out-of-the-way place to put skis and boots to store overnight but had to leave them in the foyer. Grill was terribly dirt and had to clean grates in order to use. Otherwise, kitchen was nicely appointed and bathrooms had plenty of towels. For the amount we paid, I expected that the little stuff would be better addressed and again the hot tub would be functioning. Would have rated it higher and would stay there again if these were properly addressed.
