2024 Updates! Modern Chalet in Upper Deer Valley
This cozy two-bedroom condo located in the Black Bear Lodge is the ideal destination for your next ski trip or quiet summer getaway. Boasting newly renovated kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The luxurious modern furnishings and grand stone fireplace, you are sure to be transported to a mountain paradise. Two bedrooms comfortably sleeps six, with en-suite bathrooms with newly renovated showers.
In the winter months, you will find easy access to the legendary Silver Lake Village, while the Sterling Lift will take you up to the top of Bald Mountain. In any season, take a dip in the lodge's pool or hot tub, which is adjacent to the condo on the 2nd floor. In summer you'll have nearly 400 miles of trails outside your door for hiking or riding. Silver Lake Village and ski slopes are a short four minute walk.
There is one reserved underground and heated parking space which is included with this property.

Location was perfect. Shops, ski rental, and lifts are right across the street. We were able to easily come home for lunch. Parking is convenient. Hot tub is a nice touch. The condo is well equipt with kitchen staples, towels. blankets, etc. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location just a quick walk to the lifts! Very comfortable unit for our family. Love that the door lock is a key code pad so that family can go back as they want without trading keys. Super convenient garage parking spot. We would book again!

Beautiful condo literally across the street from Silver Lake Lodge. Clean, modern, and convenient. Host was super responsive and easy to get ahold of. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting Deer Valley!

Excellent stay!! The location is almost right next to the silver lake life. It wound up being two buildings down from the hotel where our friends got married. Loved all the extras like good coffee, allergy proof pillow cases, bottled waters in the fridge and soaps and lotions at every faucet. The place is well decorated and has solid floors and walls (didnt hear any neighbors). Kitchen was well stocked, we didnt have time to use the TVs (but there are many), fans were a plus for a couple nights to pull in the cool air, and we loved how the front deck doesnt look into any other windows. Hot tub was hot and pool seemed heated because it wasnt too cold. Communication with owner was excellent - and he worked with us on early arrival and slightly late departure….. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back during ski season.
