Great location, easy to walk or get to the Metro. Easy to check in and online support response times were very good and the team were super helpful. Stayed with my daughter during a heatwave. No Aircon but easy to leave windows open and curtains closed during the day while we were out (few bars/cafes below and not on ground level so felt safe to do so and there is a safe in the room) and the tower fan was effective enough at night. The studios are very small but actually OK by Paris standards! Decent amount of storage, sockets etc and a good sized shower. The little kitchenette was adequate for our needs with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini fridge and plenty of utensils but we could have REALLY done with a little freezer compartment for some ice. Absolutely perfect for our 4 night trip and would definitely return. Oh and the lift is tiny (but at least there is one!) We could just about fit in together but had to make multiple trips when we arrived with our bags!

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue was that my suitcase went missing while under the hotel's care. What made the situation even worse was the lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism shown by the staff when I reported the problem. Instead of actively helping to locate my belongings, I was met with vague answers, poor communication, and little genuine concern. Losing a guest's luggage is a serious matter, and the hotel's response only added to the frustration and stress of an already difficult situation. A hotel should provide guests with security, peace of mind, and quality service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three counts. The experience disrupted my trip and left me feeling that guest concerns were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliable service and the security of their personal belongings.

Property was not great, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. First, my check-in was delayed by 2 hours because they were not able to clean it in time. They tried to compensate by allowing me to check out 1 hour later, which is not helpful when I was already planning to check out early. There is no A/C in the unit and it becomes extremely hot because it is so small. There is a very small ceiling fan that only works if the one light is on, so despite me trying to everything, the only solution was to unscrew the lightbulb at night to allow the fan to run without the light. The unit sits directly above 2 very rowdy bars. To combat the heat, you maybe would think to open the windows at night, but the noise of the bars is essentially as if you were downstairs yourself, it is extremely loud. The unit had a small TV that was not a smart TV, so good luck streaming or signing into any services. There was zero amenities, no included coffee or water or anything which you would hope for from a unit like this. Overall, I would not stay here again and would avoid at all costs in the summer time.

Très bien situé dans le 8e près de l’opéra et des sites d’intérêt. Chambre très petite pour 2. Pas de climatisation donc les soirées peuvent être bruyantes lorsque les gens fêtent et que les fenêtres sont ouvertes.
