Check in was see less by very helpful concierge. Room decent size with all necessities (except bathroom basin plug). Breakfast small but good choice of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and excellent scrambled egg and bacon. Staff were very helpful in locating restaurants, tours etc. everything you need. Would stay there again.

The TimHotel is convenient to everything - the Metro and local attractions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned about the area with the surrounding sex shops, etc. However, once we started exploring, there are great areas a couple of blocks from the hotel with great restaurants and shopping. Montmartre is only about a 15 minute walk. The Blanche Metro station is only about about 3 minutes away so we could get to all of the famous tourist spots very easily. We would definitely stay there again!

I found this hotel to be conveniently located in a most interesting and lively part of Paris. The room was well appointed and comfortable with almost everything I needed and the staff were attentive. I had just one little niggle - I was woken early, around 5am by the moving of chairs on the tiled floor of the dining room below my room.

We were allocated outside the hotel as I am in a wheelchair, so we had our own door from outside to a lovely spacious room with a fabulous bathroom. Room had fridge with free minibar, air con, comfy bed everything we needed. Our booking was room only so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there is a huge choice of places to eat within 2 min walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were approx 1 min from Moulin Rouge and also fab location for Montmartre. (Maybe use the trolley train to get there if you don't like steep hills!) would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a base to explore Paris, the city centre was approx 20 min leisurely walk downhill.

Good hotel in a good location. Central to many interesting sites. I'd use Timhotel again but wouldnt take breakfast there due to lack of choice in food and of course, so many options on the surrounding roads.

Myself and my boyfriend arrived here on thursday for our weekend stay in Paris. Staff were friendly and polite however we were given our room which was number 001.. we immediately felt uncomfortable in this room as it is beside reception and right outside was the seating/smoking area. We asked if there was another room available which we were simply told there wasnt so we had to spend our first night in this room. At 2.30am we were woke by a group of people outside talking and shouting so i went to reception to complain but to my suprise there was no one there. After a terrible night sleep we complained again to another receptionist who kindly offered to move us to the second floor which was a much more pleasant and quiet stay for us. The hotel did not seem to have a bar or restuarant available and so we had to eat out every evening. As for the area we stayed in it isnt as bad as everyone makes out, it is busy with plenty going on and plenty of lovely restuarants. I would stay here again but make sure you get a room on the second floor.

Clean room, big, spacious, AC-ok, tiny fridge.Small underground parking, very tight for 27 E. Poor breakfast and very expensive (15.50/pers). WiFi speed slow. Bathroom with tub, clean, but no shower cap, no slippers. Elevator only for 2 people:) Reception staff OK. Location: in line sight with Moulin Rouge; 140m to metro, area well connected, but not the best neighborhood, in the vicinity: beggars, sex shops, massage, etc. Up north in Montmartre you will find the migrant tents.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The locationt is ideal for arriving by Eurostar with it being 20min walk along with its ideal location for the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. It's also within walking distance to Blanche Metro and taxi ranks. The location is within the area for massage parlours and strip clubs, but no time did we feel unsafe even late at night, although I probably wouldn't choose this hotel with small children. Room was spacious and clean with small balcony overlooking the courtyard, good size shower with usual amenities but limited on the amount of towels provided. Only thing was the WIFI, the reception was poor and kept dropping out, but as we didn't spend to much time in the room wasn't a problem.

Subject: Re: Our stay at Tim hotel 6/18/17 to 6/25/17 TIM OPERA Hi Sylvia, I guess my first attempt to discuss our stay did not reach you. I was hoping I would hear from you regarding our concerns about our trip please contact me at your earliest convenience thank you Jonte' Warren Sent from my iPhone On Jul 17, 2017, at 12:32 PM, Jonte Warren wrote: Hi Sylvia, Caron I am writing to you regarding our stay in your hotel. We were in rooms 51 and 52 for that week on the 5th floor. After reading mostly good reviews we were excited to stay In the hotel for our week in Paris. At first all seemed fine in the rooms. We had plenty of space and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However by 6/19/17 the room became hot and we had trouble sleeping due to the excessive heat in the room. On 6/20 in the am I let the front desk clerk know our trouble with the ac not working in one of the 2 rooms. It was a good 10 degrees hotter in room 51 than 52. The hotel clerk let me know that they would look into it and make sure it was working upon our return to the room. We returned that night around 11 pm and were assured that the ac was working in the rooms and our problem was resolved. When we entered the room we turned the ac to the lowest setting and gave it a good hour. It was still hot. I then contacted the front desk and was told on June 20 that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. After struggling to sleep all night I asked the front desk again on 6/21/17 in the morning to please have someone look into the ac in room 51. He assured me again that it would be taken care of but upon our return on 6/21/17 at around 12:45 am we were again assured the rooms were working. I went up to the room and again waited for it to cool but again nothing. I went downstairs to speak with the desk clerk again and voice my continued frustration. He then came up to the room and said it was working and there was nothing her could do. It wasn’t working it was hot!!! I on 6/22/17 spoke with someone else at the front desk and they also assured me that we would have a cool room that day. It was to no avail, the room only cooled off when the temperature in Paris dropped and we opened the window. If I wanted to stay in a hotel with no ac I would have paid a lot less money (actually $800less) for the room. My other complaints although were not as significant were still frustrating and never dealt with. In room 51 the bathroom door does not shut and when you are on the toilet you are dealing with the door hitting your legs while you try to use the bathroom. Because of the excessive heat I asked for ice each day at the hotel. Upon trying to use the ice in a drink to lower my temperature of my body I noticed the ice was a disgusting yellow color. My last complaint about your hotel was that the sink in room 51 would not drain. I am surprised that the customer service was so poor during our stay. It definitely is not the way we handle guest in the USA. I am hoping to get at least an $800 credit on my bill since I could have stayed in another hotel in a different section of Paris that would have been alot nicer for my family even without ac. Our reason for choosing your hotel was because you did provide air conditioning in each room. Lastly, The free Wi-Fi did not work in our room so my 15 year old daughter would go to the lobby each night to use the Wi-Fi. Each night she heard of others in the hotel also complainng about the heat in their rooms. I think you cannot say you offer ac if it does not properly cool off the rooms. That is very misleading. !!! I will fill out a review on trip advisor and yelp after you have a chance to review my complaints and compensate accordingly. I will give you 2 weeks to let me know how you can right my stay in your Hotel. Everything was good except the wifi which was poor, often dropping out or hard to access. Location was good close to transport, cafes and Montmartre sights including Moulin Rouge. Our room was quiet..
