Hello,We stayed at your property “Super Studio – Place de la Bastille,” which we booked through VRBO. In the listing, it was stated that the studio includes a King-size bed and a sofa. However, in reality, we were provided with a unit that only had a 140 cm bed and no sofa.Unfortunately, this was a serious issue for us, as we specifically chose this property because of the larger bed and the additional sofa.We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but the actual conditions did not match the description on VRBO. For this reason, we kindly ask you to consider a partial refund of the accommodation cost as compensation for the downgrade.We would appreciate your understanding and hope for a quick resolution.Best regards,
