Charming 1-bedroom apartment located in the center of Paris, in the 4th arrondissement, a few steps from rue de Rivoli, known for its many lively shops and restaurants. It is surrounded by trendy cafes and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg center and the Seine quays. Pleasant, cozy, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a satisfying stay in Paris with family.

While the location is incredible, there is room for improvement. Bare minimum provided in terms of coffee and hygiene essentials. Luckily there is a grocery just downstairs where we had to buy more toilet paper and coffee pods. We are a family of 4 and although we made it work, this very small apartment is better suited for 2 people. When the pull out sofa is in use, there is nowhere to sit. Also advertised as 1.5 baths. The shower is literally in the bedroom w no privacy and the toilet is in it's own room. Again, worth it for the ideal location, but a very cramped situation for 4 people. Communication was good, throughout, especially as we had trouble figuring out which lock box the key was in.
