amazing location, very nice apartment a few rough edges

This is a very pleasant apartment with an amazingly convenient location. It has good light, an excellently supplied kitchen (just lacking a spatula!), nice quality beds and towels, comfortable furniture. The management company is generally responsive. It is great that they offer an early (1 pm) check-in for 30 euros; we would have liked to have been able to confirm it sooner. The hot water heater needs some servicing as it didn't consistently work. One other thing is that it wasn't quite clear to me in the listing that while there are two separate bathrooms, there is only one toilet. it has its own space so this wasn't a big deal but just fyi. Overall we liked the space a lot.
