Ideally located in the 9th arrondissement, the flat is a 15 minute walk from the Sacré Coeur, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette) and the Place de l'Opera. It is the ideal area to live a typical Parisian experience.

Sublime studio of 21m2 completely renovated in April 2022, which includes :
- Living room with sofa bed for one person
- 1 table with chairs
- TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning lady.
