Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a building constructed in July 2023, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Another studio, called "Ellington", with the same configuration, is available in the same building. It is possible to rent both studios at the same time, subject to availability.
