Very nice convenient location just a few minutes from the Metro station. Easy access to the city with train in 30 minutes. The reception staff was kind enough. We were lucky to get the room a bit earlier than check-in time. The room was very clean and cozy. We love the front water service 24 hours open and has sparkling water option! Also Kusumi teas at room was good.

If you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay while visiting Paris, this is the place for you. The hotel is right by the train station which makes central Paris 25 mins away and at a third the price. An 1-3 zone travel card is a cheap way to travel around a well organised travel system. The front of desk staff are outstanding and looked out for us, giving valuable guidance and tips on how to get by. The breakfast was good quality set in an intimately small dining area, perfect for families. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent staff, very close to the metro station and the room was clean. Only problem was the lack of AC. However they were kind enough to give us two fans as we had a big family room. There were a few problems with the room service but they were quickly resolved

Very warm

Extremely warm - no aircon so had a very bad night. This is apparently a 4 star hotel, but nothing in the minibar and only paper cups for coffee/tea. Will not use this hotel again.
