lovely hotel, near to local transport, clean rooms, great and helpful staff. courtyard is lovely to have coffee. paid parking street and garage nearby cannot ask more.

Disappointing and Misleading – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, the property and room were nothing like what was advertised. The room was extremely small, and the bed was so short that our feet were hanging off the edge. The mattress had a deep slant in the middle, making it feel like we were constantly falling into a hole. There was no air conditioning or elevator, just a small side table fan that barely made a difference in the heat. We had also requested a baby cot, but it arrived broken and was missing the mattress base — completely unusable. When we raised these concerns, the response from reception was dismissive. One staff member claimed my English was poor, and another simply said, "This is Paris, that’s what you get." Very unprofessional and disappointing overall. Would not recommend anyone!

False advertising pictures and description. Had to wait outside in the street for half hour for the staff to open the main one door entrance. Room wasn’t ready staff didn’t even know. Tried to give us alternate room with broken bed and furniture. Sheets were torn really bad shape. Not secured at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life of travel. Rip off trap.

Nice stay with friendly staff. Loved sitting in the courtyard each night. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and holds onto your physical room key whenever you leave. We liked not having to worry about the key each time we went out. Tons of transit options just a block away in Place de Nation made it super easy to get around Paris. Would definitely stay at this hotel or in this area again.

Nice, friendly and well-located.

Nice, well-located hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. My room was small - but no smaller than elsewhere in Paris - with good facilities. The interior is a bit dated but it's all clean and comfortable.

Bedbugs ...

Listen, iI ove a little boutique hotel, especially in Paris. What i don't love is waking up with bedbug bites. We thought they were mosquito bites since we had to leave the windows open, but our doctor quickly corrected us. The space is small, but adorable. The staff is friendly, but gave us no information. We didnt even know there was breakfast offered until we snelled it wafting up. The topper was just that: the top floor. A lovely thought in theory, but the practicality of walking up and down four flights of very narrow stairs was not reasonable, at least not for us. I hope they get better because there's potential here ...
