My mother and I really appreciated having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our wonderful, nine-night stay in Paris. The apartment is centrally located near some great cafes and the Metro line in a wonderful, lively neighborhood. Phillippe communicated often with us to make sure that our stay was comfortable.

Host was extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating and stay was in a fabulous and convenient location. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to train stations, bars, restaurants, shopping and more.

We were delighted by our stay here. It was invaluable to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of 5. The apartment was just as the photos represent and Philippe was a wonderful host. The location in the Morais was a dream, easily walkable to many great shops, restaurants, and metro stations, and a wonderful market. Quick journey to all of the iconic spots in Paris. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were just great. Would stay here again. It felt like our very own little oasis in the very best neighbourhood of Paris. La Morais is a delight.

Philippe was an exceptional host. The building is awesome and authentic—400 years old! The suite has all modern conveniences including great ventilation and new windows. Loved the location and architecture. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Dishwasher was nice to have.

A perfect spot in Paris

This was a great stay. We loved the location, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The rental was clean and spacious. Would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay in an excellent spot

Charming, historic building with all the modern amenities. Phillipe was wonderfully communicative and even let us drop our bags off early. Cool neighborhood with plenty of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Check out the Little Red Door cocktail bar directly across the street for fantastic drinks.

We had a wonderful stay in Le Marais!

We had a great stay in Le Marais. The apartment was so close to shopping and dining, plus a fun neighborhood to be in each morning & evening. It was the perfect jumping off point to explore the whole city. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the beds were very comfortable after a long day sightseeing. We always felt safe & secure in the building too.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic in a nice neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to two metro stations. Various restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, and grocery stores within blocks of the apartment.

Perfect French Apartment and Neighborhood

This was the best possible first European experience for us. Phillipe was easy to work with and very kind. We loved the location in s very friendly neighborhood with quick access to the easy to use metro.

Yes the neighborhood was great. The place was like a dungeon it was musty and not clean.Small nespresso did not work.The area rugs have not been cleaned in months.

Le Marais

Great area with excellent restaurants and café. Apartment was perfect for 3 adults. Philippe was excellent in telling us all we needed to enjoy the area. Only problem we had was the small bathroom shower could use a curtain to contain water.

Lovely place in a great neighborhood

The apartment is in a perfect neighbourhood for exploring Paris and there are many wonderful bars, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques within a 10 minute walk. Phillippe was extremely accommodating with the check in and check out process and he made sure we had everything we needed, including a little Christmas tree to put us in the holiday spirit :)

Great little neighborhood

Phillips was so kind and helpful the place is little but you’re not in paris to hang out in an apartment. It had great character and was nice to have a kitchen! Good beds and great pillows! Loved the Marais neighborhood and a great value. We didn’t want to leave.

Great Location! Great service!

What a check-in! Philippe walked us through every detail of the apartment, as well as places to go eat in the neighborhood. We did take him on one, and was impressed. Great location, and quiet. Ground level, and very walkable area.

Nice apartment, great location!

Property was sufficient. Cute apartment with most everything you need. Second bedroom was small with no storage. The location was fantastic. Easy walk to metro, restaurants, shopping, and some sights.

Felt right at home in a fantastic neighborhood

J’adore Le Marais! This is my 2nd time in Paris, first with family, and this apartment was perfect. It had the space we needed. It was both charming and functional. Everything we needed was right outside the front door. I’m in London right now and wish I was back in Le Marais. Phillipe was a kind and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed. This was our first stop on the first family adventure to Europe and I was a little worried about the time change, etc., but this cozy apartment eased our transition perfectly.
