Average hotel in a great location, beautiful neighborhood close to the metro , cafes and restaurants, the room was small with no air conditioner or safe , the first day I ask to leave my passport and some cash in the hotel safe , the lady verify how much money I had , credit cards , etc and deposit in a yellow envelope , when I return to the hotel later that day , I ask for my envelope and went to my room to discover an hour later that she gave me another guest envelope containing several passports documents and money that in my opinion belonged to a family , very unprofessional and irresponsible. She could have ruined my trip and someone else holidays too . Not cool !!!!!
This is a hotel that is very convenient. It is close to the underground and in a lovely suburb - plenty to visit around. I recommend the Picasso Museum nearby. Staff are very friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. It is, however, rather small, as was the bathroom. It can be hot in summer despite the fan.
I stayed here for one night to have a look at Paris after a week's business trip. I can't thank Nikki on reception enough for the wonderful customer service & super friendly advice she gave me. Real warm hearted genuine and connected service is rare these days, and like all things that are rare, this makes it incredibly valuable. I sincerely hope that the management and owners of this place know what an incredibly valuable asset Nikki is. The rooms were also lovely and clean and comfortable, the location is great and, the wine and cheese in the afternoon was a treat that was well received 😊 Thanks for a great stay .. I'll be back .. John
I stayed in room 11 which had no air conditioning (it was 35-37 degrees outside) and was very small and cramped which made the heat even more unbearable. The bathroom was poor - no shower curtain so water went everywhere. The hotel was not clean and housekeeping was sloppy e.g. room wasn't cleaned, only the bed was made, they littered the hallways with dirty towels, cleaning products and rubbish - I constantly had to dodge things! I don't complain very often but this hotel really really disappointed and until they clean up their act I wouldn't recommend this place at this price to anyone.
We got a lovely welcome from the staff. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location is terrific with a huge range of restaurants, bars and of course the fabulous sights of Paris within easy reach. The amenities within the hotel were more than adequate and we will certainly return (we have been here before).
Stayed there for a long weekend. The hotel is in great location, esepecially if you love Le Marais area, very close to metro station too. You don't need to look far to find some nice restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and have all you would need during your stay. The reception staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast.
I have stayed in the hotel with my husband for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is in great location, close to the main tourist attractions and with very easy access to a few different metro stations. You don't need to look far to find some nice restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. The rooms are small, but very clean and have all you would need during your stay. The reception staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel offers a free cheese and wine tasting every evening, which was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Stayed for a weekend here. Really centrally located. Nice clean small room. Walking distance to the Seine and some beautiful architecture and lots of bars and restaurants. It has wine and cheese for guests in the evening which is a nice touch.
My neice had travelled to the UK from Australia and wanted to visit Paris in order to cross off visits to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower from her bucket list. We stayed April 25th and 26th. Hotel is convenient for the Eurostar station and 20-30 min walk through the chic Le Marais district down to the Seine. We each had a double room. The rooms were certainly big enough for one. Everything was immaculately clean including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Outside noise became a bit of a problem with the window open. There was a good choice on the Continental breakfast buffet. The croissants were delicious. Sure the rooms and lift are small but when only being used as a place to sleep and have breakfast this hotel is great. Note of caution. When we arrived at the station there was a big queue for taxis. A guy asked where we were going and said the queue was for taxis to the airport. He led us round the corner and to a basement car park where a couple of cabs were waiting. We were then taken on a journey away from the city centre. We said he was going in the wrong direction and he turned back. In all we were in the cab for an hour. When we finally got to the hotel we were put on to the cab office where we were told in English that the fare was 115 euros. I refused to pay more than 50. On the return journey in a proper registered taxi with a meter we were charged 12 euros. ONLY USE PROPER REGISTERED TAXIS, NOT MINI CABS.
I stayed in this very charming hotel in October of 1992 on my very first trip to Paris. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made our stay most enjoyable. I have fond memories of the hotel and the amazing Marais district.
