Really enjoyed staying here. Rooms were lovely and the shopping centre across the road is extremely handy. Stayed here as part of a group that was attending the horse racing at Chantilly. If I had one complaint it was probably that the temperature was too high in the breakfast room.
We stayed at this hotel last weekend . Breakfast is 6.30-10.30 but our group had to eat at 7.30- no flexibility or negotiation. Actual breakfast was at best average. There were not enough croissants for everyoto have one. No toaster. The fruit was awful. On our last day there was a bunch of green grapes that had turned brown- that was it , no other fruit. If we asked for more hot water we were met with a surly attitude and rudeness. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The bar had no gin ! It was supposed to close at 1 am but rude barman pulled down shutters at midnight . Stay away from this hotel.
Stayed a couple nights with the family. Small, comfortable but outdated rooms that do need a refresh. Breakfast was also reasonable however limited. One day they ran out of baguettes! Not a lot to do around here. About 10 mins from Versailles. Reception staff were nice and helpful.
Excellent room and staff very friendly and well informed Breakfast was French-as you expect in a French hotel but very high quality Would certainly return on any visit to Paris - even got a shopping centre close by
The location is very good - a nice, quite, fancy neighbourhood. My room was standard, was ok . What I have to remark - above average on the room and very clean. The breakfast was either too French (not very my style), either too British (idem), limited as options as well as identical within 4 days, but good both as quality as well as quantity. My nok remark is for missing of the restaurant activity within the evening, so were forced to go somewhere else.
The staff of the hotel are friendly, extremely helpful and very responsive. I would say the service is simply perfect, and made our stay much more pleasant. The location is great, right next to a shopping mall and within a short bicycle ride of the Royal Palace and Gardens. Free parking was a great bonus, and one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. It is a nice feature. Breakfast was nice. It is average in variety, of decent quaility, and the coffee is particularly good. A downside is that the rooms and furniture are dated, and in need of renovation. Also, it deserves special mention that the beds are hard. If you like a firm mattress you are in luck. This is not just firm. It is, hands down, the hardest mattress I have ever slept on... and I have slept before, literally, on the armor plating of an APC. I have to say, however, that the staff was very kind and provided us with an extra comforter to place on the mattress and make it a little more yielding. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff and their service. We are very grateful to them for their assistance. The dated furniture and hard bed are the only things that bring our review down from 5 stars to 4. Everything else about the hotel was great.
Very comfortable stay with very helpful and attentive staff. The room was clean and tidy with the facilities provided being spot on. The whole experience was easy and relaxing which both complemented and facilitated a busy business trip.
Great value, good service, best location walking distance to le chesnay biggest commercial center Parly2 , free parking, free wifi, great breakfast quality, very cosy, close to any town facilities.........
Absolutely easy parking, unbelievable for the Paris area, easy checkin, great room with excellent wifi, shower pressure, comfortable bed, good AC. Toilet was behind the door in the bathroom and kind of snug getting in. Breakfast was ok-scrambled eggs tasted kind of weird, had yogurts, juices, cereals. I would never pay 17 euros for this breakfast. If it is included with your hotel deal, go for it. The Italian restaraunt which was recommended was across the street in the mall. It was so good we ate there both nights. The bus to Versailles is within one block of the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes on the bus to get to Versailles. Make sure you go in the front of the bus and pay the bus driver your fare. The back of the bus is for those with passes. Overall great stay. It was unfortunate that as we were leaving the cleaning lady walked down the hall yelling in French. We had no idea what she was saying. Maybe she had just cleaned a nasty room, but it did not compare with the concern and friendliness of the front desk staff. Would definitely recommend this to friends. If you are going to the LDS temple this is a good choice.
Great hotel good parking nice location but no restaurant. Couple of places to eat nearby though. Nespresso machine was a nice touch but three capsules between two of us lol but tight we thought. Overall though very nice.
