The staff were lovely and very nice. The location was close to subway stations, fresh market stalls, craft cocktails, and fine dining. Of ciurse there were also quick bites and shopping around as well. It was abiut a 20-30 minute subway ride to Central Paris. The rooms were clean and cute. AC, good water pressure in the shower, 2 keys, fridge, nespresso coffee machine with pods and mugs, and we had a balcony with chairs and a table that looked over the rooftops of Paris. Very romantic. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Nice friendly service. Good breakfast. The hotel is dated and needs renovation. The bed was uncomfortable with a broken mattress. The bathroom was covered with mould.

nice room but ..reception can be better

the first reception hostess was rude and we ask her to repeat every single sentence she said (even ask to switch to english and she refused). the second one was super friendly and nice. the water came out yellow in the bathtube. it looks like they changed the pipes recently but no one warned us. we rang on departure but no hostess came after 10ish minutes.

we were moved as I requested a quiet room with no comment or problem. The room was small but comfortable. Excellent location in an interesting area. The deal I had secured meant that I was spared the scary prices on the screen at arrival!

Room was smaller than we thought fornthe price we had paid. The mini fridge wasnt cleaned and had no water in it. I stayed for 3 nights and the water wasnt restocked. We had used 2 glasses on the firat nught which had just been left there for the duration of our stay. And on our last night, when we came home around midnight, i saw the door had been left ooen by the pwrson who cleans the room. 2 lughts didnt work

31^C and A/C not working. Like sleeping in an oven. Very unimpressed. Offered another room. Same issue. Staff advised the A/C was down (so why offer us alternative room). Full refund would have been appreciated. Breakfast also disgusting. Scrambled eggs were like rubber. Limited choice. On a positive note. Place looked lovely and staff were great. But really, if A/C is down and weather is above 30^C - shut down.

We love the neighborhood and the hotel's proximity to the best farmers market in Paris. There were wonderful restaurants and cafes within a block of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent enough but definately not a 4 star

Some hotel staff were nicer and more helpful than others, but some information about the area etc would've been useful rather than just handing us the key when checking in. I wouldn't say the hotel is 4 star. While it is comfortable enough, its a bit drab. The cleaning of the room was substandard, dirty pillowcase left on bed, toilet roll left on floor, bin not changed etc which was probably the worst thing about the room. the lights are also pretty bad seeing as there is no overall "main light". Area is good with lots nearby.

Doors don't lock, but clean

Pros: - Bed and room was clean (but don't look under bed) - Bathroom is mostly clean (minor mold in the corners) - Room size was ok - Bed was pretty comfy (not too hard and not too soft) - Location is close to metros, restaurants and a stop on the yellow line of the L'open hop on hop off tour (but far from the tourist attractions (not within walking distance) Cons: - Toilet is in a separate room, typical European style, but door opens into toilet, so you have to stand on toilet to open/close the door - Window is full height like a door did not lock (but not so bad since we were on 3rd floor and there was a barricade window shade that can be used too, but then you have no sunlight) and door to hotel room did not consistently lock, hotel room was changed after their staff left room unlocked one day - amenities were not refreshed until second to last day (which was annoying)
