We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Mareuil-lès-Meaux, this charming semi-detached house of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 30 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- A desk.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- Room 2: of 20 m² in mezzanine with a double bed (140×190).

Outside :
- A common garden of about 30 m² to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Mareuil-lès-Meaux, close to Disneyland Paris, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Disneyland Paris.
- Visit of Paris: Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur, Avenue des Champs Elysées, Pompidou Museum, Orsay Museum, Louvre, Palace of Versailles, Montmartre district.
- Accrobranche at 20 minutes by car.
- Kayaking on the Morin river and hiking in the Morin valley. Nautical activities on the Marne.
- Visit of Meaux : Forming factories, Museum of the Great War.
- Bike ride along the canal of Chalifert.
- Stroll along the Marne River.
- Gaumont cinema at Disney Village and VOST cinema at Val d'Europe.
- Parc Astérix 40 minutes away by car.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation.
