Very nice 46 sqm apartment with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with elevator on the street near Le Square du Temple. The apartment consists of:







  • Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults), one armchair, HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, internet wifi connection. Coffee table, carpet, and elegant decoration. Window on street.


  • Modern kitchen open to living room with fridge, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary for cooking and eating.


  • Dining area with a round table and 4 chairs


  • Large room with a bed of 160cm x 200cm, bedside and large dressing room. Window on courtyard.


  • Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin with door to bedroom and door to living room


  • Independent toilet with washbasin.






The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Safe.





 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Great location and very walkable

Wonderful location. We felt very safe. We were able to walk everywhere from here. Very clean. Exactly as shown in the photos.

Excellent location

Loved the location of this apartment. It's close to the Metro, Les Marais area, shopping, and restaurants. Comfortable, roomy apartment on a safe street. Only glitch was that the room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and we had trouble finding out when we could return after the cleaning was completed. Also didn't like that you had to purchase everything from soap to coffee. But we were aware of this before we arrived. I would recommend this apartment!
