The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great location - easy walk (5-7 min) to the Louvre. Grocery store literally next door so you can grab some essentials. There is a bakery down the street and many other restaurants in the area. Some great Korean and Japanese food locally. Has 3 bedrooms and a nice sitting area (including pull out couch - which we did not use). Two bathrooms are on the other end of the apartment from the rooms themselves, but not a big deal. Overall, great stay. Very safe, great location!

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of Paris

Plenty of space, great location with lovely restaurants nearby. Quiet at night especially for a city centre. Double beds on the small side was the only issue.

Great stay near Lourve

This apartment was absolutely lovely. Check in was a breeze. It’s in a bustling but safe neighborhood that’s super walkable to Lourve, Metro, restaurants, cafes, groceries, and more. The apartment is designed well, and fit our family of 6 easily. It’s on the 2nd floor (“first” floor in France), but has a very small lift for anyone needing it. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 7 adults stayed over night in this apartment. It was the perfect size for us, location was perfect with cafes, shops walking distance, and the property management was great. We were there for 1 night so limited time. They were so accommodating. they allowed us to put our luggage in early ahead of check in so we didn’t have it all over the city with us. I would definitely stay there again.
