The hotel was very cozy with a very warm and welcoming staff. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Location was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again next time I am in Paris.
Stayed here for two nights in November and I've been meaning to write a review ever since. I really struggled to find a hotel which took my fancy whilst booking - we wanted something with a balcony, central and not too expensive. This was everything I'd hoped for and more. We came straight from the airport via train. The hotel is a short walk from the metro. It's on a quiet side street, typically Parisian and absolutely beautiful. I couldn't believe it when we walked in. The hotel was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotless. The reception area is a dream. Staff were really friendly and accommodating - helpfully gave us a map and highlighted all the key spots and which direction in which to find them. All within walking distance or a metro ride if you wanted to save time. Our room was a superior room with terrace, room number 62. I did my usual research before arriving here and I did specifically request this room and I am so glad the hotel accommodated this request. I couldn't be more grateful! The room was again spotless. Typical Parisian decor with large terrace, a table and seating for two. Looking over to the beautiful buildings was a dream. The best thing was a view of the top of the Eiffel tower poking up over the buildings in the distance. Although only a partial view, this was absolutely magical at night and I couldn't drag myself away from the terrace during the hourly light show. Two nights wasn't enough here. I never go away intending to spend any time in the hotel, but I really didn't ever want to leave! I can't recommend this hotel enough to visitors, family and friends. I hope to be back one day very soon!!
Nice hotel in a quiet little street (not hard to find a place for the car), welcoming staff, great location close to metro which will bring you on Champs Elysees, Louvre, Bastille ..., good restaurants, shops at Palais des Congrès and Avenue des Ternes, cinema at Palais des Congrès. Bois de Boulogne very close to the hotel , good for walking and to visit the Vuitton Fondation.
The hotel its very nice, few rooms but well designed to be very comfort and espacious. We had a ver nice staying in Foch Hotel, we’ll be come back for sure. The interior design its cozy and very lux, the staff its nice and the location its in a very nice neighborhood.
Paris is generally an expensive city and I was dreading booking two separate rooms when traveling with my two teenage daughters. Started looking for a family room to accommodate four people and a bit of research unearthed this little gem. We have been to Paris a few times before and I was familiar with the usual problems of Parisian hotels like small rooms and poor noise insulation etc. The family room was extremely good value for money in my opinion. There is one bathroom and toilet, but with a bit of planning it was manageable. There was plenty of space but we were traveling with just one small case and rucksacks. If you have three or four big bags, you may struggle for space. But it won't be too tight. The family room 10 was next to the lift but surprisingly the noise never bothered us too much. We could hear the footsteps of neighbors upstairs, but again not bad enough to disturb my much needed sleep after walking 22000 steps in one day !! The sofa bed was big enough for our kids but if you have six feet tall teen-agers then they might struggle. The main bed was very nice. Decent pillows and firm bed. WiFi strong in room. Shower pressure excellent. Small minibar in room and the price wasn't exorbitant. All the staff were extremely nice and they replied to my emails before the trip promptly with good suggestions. It isn't bang in the middle of the touristy areas but pretty close to champs Elysees and Eiffel tower. Porte Maillot and Porte Dauphine stations within ten minutes slow walk. I felt quite safe returning from arc de Triomphe late at night. We had an impromptu celebration of my daughter's birthday at midnight on their courtyard. We didn't eat the breakfast which was fourteen euro. The slight problem was that surprisingly the ventilation fan in the bathroom never sucked the moisture after shower. Not sure why. So everything was dripping wet after first shower. Later I opened the window for a few minutes. Overall a very satisfying stay.
Good hotel, great location close to metro. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, some are renovated. The renovated ones are fine, but the ones that are not so good. Elevator is small but ok to go up one person and one suitcase at a time, just make sure the suitcases aren't heavy, there are stairs to take for some rooms.
What a charming hotel. The room was perfect. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! The staff were very accommodating, helpful & friendly. (Ulaide was most helpful!!!). I would highly recommend your hotel!!!
We liked our stay at the Hotel Foch. Service and Staff are excellent and always helpful. Room- The use of curtains in the rooms as closet doors, not my preference, but they were functional. The room was upgraded and the size was great. If your not used to European showers, they do this half glass door thing which leads to water all over the floor, not a pleasant experience. All the rooms are like that. The morning breakfast is nice continental selection and simple fair. The hotel is walkable distance to the metro and adage to walk at night. Use common sense and have awareness.
I enjoyed my stay in Paris at Hotel Foch. Breakfast is quite good and fulfilling, friendly service, and rooms have great bathroom. The only disadvantage was the sound, not from the outside, the one that comes from the hotel rooms. Me and my mom were able to hear every footstep (running was the worst). The sound was not the problem at night as everyone was sleeping around the same time I guess, however, the mornings we were waking up whenever other customers around were waking up.
I try to stay here whenever I come to Paris. Very helpful staff, great location, cozy but very nice rooms. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Paris and Foch is by far my favorite. I tell all my colleagues to try to stay here when they go to Paris.
