The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower has lovely hot water - only problem is that I couldn't use the hand shower. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. It would be good to see a little more variety in the breakfast - scrambled egg every morning and nothing with it apart from the first day when there were sausages. Overall I would warmly recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again.

I was in town for a social dance event nearby, this hotel was very convenient to the event and value priced. The room was good, mattress was comfortable. There are several good restaurants nearby, you can't ask for me.

The hotel on the whole is ok value for money but some issues I had were that the rooms were really small (maybe tiny) with only one pillow, it needed some updating (bathrooms) and staff on the late shift weren't always the friendliest. Other staff were all lovely. The gym was not functional.

We stayed in first floor the room was big and clean but some things were not good it looked tired and the bed was very small for a double. Breakfast was average and expensive . We were offered change of room but for two nights we didn’t bother to change . I would describe as ok for short stay but any longer then two days not suitable from my point of view.
