After seeing the beautiful online pics of this place, what a disappointment it turned out to be in reality! And I booked the Executive Suite! After checking in and going to our room, we had to go back downstairs and request a new room. The door to the balcony rubbed against the metal frame causing the most horrific sound one could imagine. They gave us another room and luckily its balcony door was functioning normally. Sadly, this balcony was littered with cigarette butts and garbage. We did not request a new room because of this. We merely moved the trash to the side hoping housekeeping would clean it up in the morning. Nope. It stayed there the entire five nights we were there. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. No problems there. The bed, however, was rather small for two average sized people. It had to have been a full size bed. Room was setup rather strangely. The TV faced a wall. Dressers were enclosed by curtains. The room was in the shape of one big U. Everything about it was rather cheezy. Since the bed was so small, my partner ended up sleeping on the couch one night. The next morning he had bug bites all over his forehead and hands. I had no bug bites and I slept on the bed. So, there's definitely something making its home in that couch. Cleaning staff did make the bed daily, but changing trash, vacuuming, replenishing complimentary items in the fridge and bathroom was a hit or miss. The only day they did a thorough cleaning of the room (Except the balcony. They never once cleaned that the entire stay) and did complete restock of those complimentary fridge and bathroom items I mentioned was the night before we checked out. How ironic! There is a restaurant around the corner from the hotel. On weekdays you would have thought it was an outdoor nightclub it got so noisy. On the weekends though? Utter silence. Can't quite figure that one out. The reason why I know this is because I had to keep the windows open at night since the air conditioner was broke. The room got that hot even though it was only mid-September. Even though it may sound like this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, I've stayed at worse. This hotel did have an excellent breakfast. If it's not included in your room rate, I would highly recommend getting it. There's a wide variety to choose from. Everything from hot to cold. Get there early because it does get crowded fast. The hotel is also located across the street from the RER C train station. Don't need to walk far at all to get to where you're going. Even though I would never stay at this hotel again, I will say the front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful when seeking advice. For me, what ruined my stay at this hotel was the lack of cleaning from housekeeping and how unpractical the rooms were designed. You can't even see the TV from the couch or bed because it faced a wall! So, no, on my next trip to Paris, I will not return to this hotel. I would not even recommend it to anyone.

Arrived at the hotel friday evening and greeted with a smile and very helpful checking in. The rooms are ok and clean. Bed was very comfortable and clean linen and towels. So the room is what you pay for really so for a 2 day break it was ideal. I would not recommend opening the windows as our room filled up with mosquitoes and myself and wife were bitten all over. Breakfast was fine and perfect for what we wanted. The only disappointmenting bit was that the staff were not very knowledgeable about public transport and how to get to places. So maybe a bot of training might help.

Dirty room (was room 215 second floor) with mold inside shower cabine (see photo). There were crushed mosquitos over the ceiling of bathroom and main room not cleaned (see photos). The shampoo refill bottle was empty the day of my arrival never been replaced. The coffee machine nespresso was out of service. I left comments to the manager of the hotel the 1st day of my arrival with the staff at reception. Nothing has been done except repairing the coffee machine. They never replaced shampoo empty bottle (I used soap for the 4 days I spent). They never cleaned crusted mosquitoes and they never removed mold!!!! They don’t care! Avoid this hotel.

Me and my son (17) stayed here for 2 nights while taking in a PSG home match. There’s a free buffet breakfast which is limited but fine (for the price😉) where you can cook your own little omelettes. We stayed in a junior suite which gave us separate beds in different areas with a curtain divide. As a modern hotel everything worked well and it’s quite innovative in its functional design. It’s big plus side for us was it’s location. It’s 20 minutes walk from PSG stadium and it’s also right by the train station from which you can be directly at the Eiffel Tower in just a few minutes (3 stops). From here we got a 48hr use hop on hop off batobus boat ticket that allowed us to see many of the main sights. You can also hire the mini scooters via an app on your phone which was another fun way for us to get around.

Finished our 6 night stay and everything was great. We arrived at around 1pm and was able to go to our rooms. We had asked for connecting rooms and the request was granted. The rooms were cleaned and nicely furnished. The curtains separating the bathroom and bedroom took a little getting used to but was not a big deal. The bed was a little hard but still was able to get a good nights sleep. The front desk was nice and fulfilled all of our requests. Housekeeping did a good job and the room was nicely made up everytime we came back at the end of the day. The hotel is across the street from the RER station and several buses serve the area. It took us 20 minutes by subway or bus to reach the major tourist sites within the city and being outside the city center provides a more relaxing feel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no problems.

Am a regular and loyal customer of Accor Hotels. This was my worst experience by far. - We first got a room where bathtub was not working. - Then we were put in a room, where the safe was locked. Reception tried to open it, but could not do so as well. To be fair, he offered to keep things in the safe at the reception, to help us. - Worst was, the air conditioning was not working. We were told, it would be repaired only on the Monday. - There were mosquitoes in the room, which made it impossible to sleep in the warm room. Our son woke up numerous times crying because of the mosquito bites. Just not the experience that we expect from a Novotel.

Stayed here for a full 7 nights for work. + good restaurants in area that are walking distance + near train line (which can connect you with other lines) + room was big, with room to work on table without feeling cramped + included breakfast is ok and adequate - the climate controls and light switches in the room are overly complicated - room smelled of smoke when I checked in (they offered to change it, but why would the maid have even of marked the room as completed? It should have been off limits to any guests until it was completely smoke scent free) - the clerk refused to apply my Accor number so I could accumulate points. Weird, one email to Accor HQ and they fixed that - here is the kicker....I had a transatlantic fight so I got in early. Arrived the hotel about 11 AM, 2 or 3 hours before “check in time.” They charge me €65 just to check in 2 hrs early and the room was Already READY. That’s just punitive. It’s not like I was asking them to divert maid resources from one room and get mine cleaned on the fly, but in fact it was already ready Note: I was so exhausted upon arrival that is one reason I did not challenge the smoke smell or the €65, because I just needed to nap All and all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but could have been much better

Very comfortable stay at Novotel Issy Les Moulineaux. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Location a little far from the city centre for tourism but if there is business in Issy Les Moulineaux then great

We stayed at the hotel because it was so close to the train. For my first time staying out of the USA, I would have liked to have better AC and softer beds but the staff was friendly which made it bearable. There was a Subway restaurant across the street which made this picky eater happy! Unfortunately, what I disliked about it outweighed what I liked about it but for people used to warm rooms, this would be a good place. Dislikes: 1. AC didn't get as cool as we wanted it to (we contemplated getting a fan from a nearby store but couldn't find one). 2. Ice had to be obtained at the front desk (but they were always happy to get it for us). 3. No cow's milk at breakfast, only soy milk. 4. The flooring in the room was not carpet; it was some kind of plastic flooring that was not comfortable to sit on or for a baby to crawl on. 5. The refrigerator barely kept our drinks cold. 6. The beds and pillows were hard and the full-sized bed had a valley down the middle. What I liked about it: 1. Close to the train. 2. Front desk staff always polite, friendly and personable!! 3. Clean

Located in the Seine, it is a 55 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or 20 minutes by Metro. There's a station directly across the street from the hotel. Staff were helpful and very friendly. They spoke English well and always had a welcome smile. We had a family suite and the three of us were comfortable for our two night stay. There was a safe in the room and a fridge & coffee maker. We purchased the package with breakfast. Generous selection of fresh cheese, meats, griddle to cook your own eggs. Prepared crepes and fruit. To gourmet coffee machines. If you're looking for a convenient location just outside the tourist section, this is a great hotel.
