The curtains were only hanging on with 3 hooks, the carpets were very old and in places worn out, the sink blocked every time you ran water and the temperature was extremely hot (too hot that windows had to stay open and this was in March). Breakfast extremely basic.

Merci Hotel France Eiffel

its our first time in Paris and there were lots of choices and recommendations. I looked for convenience, safety, free breakfast. i am so happy I chose Hotel Framce Eiffel. We arrived in the hotel around 10am and checkin is at 3pm BUT they acommodated our luggages in a storage so it was safe. We went on our morning itinerary and came back at 3pm to checkin. Free croissant baguette hot choco every morning, 5-8 mins walk to Eiffel tower. We walked to Trocadero, Seine river and other landmarks. I highly recommend this place!! Theres also a mini grocery nearby. Place is safe and quiet. We stayed here 5 days and 4 nights. Thee 2 ladies and 1 guy receptionist were very welcoming. The lady taking care of breakfast was so wonderful. We will definitely comeback. See you Paris 2024!

The location of the hotel was great, however it did not make up for the blatant disrespect and rudeness from some of the staff. The male staff member that was sitting in the front greeting guests was racist, sexist, and made horrible remarks towards myself and my friends. After he was upset by a simple request (I asked if we could book another room for my other friend who had her hotel cancel on her), he declined, simply because he didn't want us staying there; then stood up and talked down to me, towered over me and when I asked him not to intimidate me, he told me I was playing victim. After trying to explain to him that it was just a simple request and I am happily willing to pay any price for a second room, he continued to talk to me as if I was asking for something out of the ordinary. He repeatedly would stand up out of his chair and come talk down to me to try and scare me. Upon check out, he did not even say goodbye or greet me. He simply stayed quiet and gave me the silent treatment as I gave him the keys to the room back. If I could give this place negative stars due to his lack of respect or empathy for his guests, I would. Do not recommend, especially if you are not a French white male. You will be treated poorly.

Dans le descriptif du site hotel. Com se trouve un minibar, un detail dont j avais besoin pour la semaine! En faite.... Il n y en a pas. Erreure du site? Vente mensongere de l hotel? Ceci etant. L hotel m a arrange toute la semaine. L accueil est parfait. Sinon... Baignoire bouchee. Rien de fait durant la semaine. Et poussiere.... A revoir

Excelente opción en el rango de precio.

El hotel tiene ubicación privilegiada.. a sólo un par de cuadras de la estación del metro y muy cerca de la Torre. Muy buenas habitaciones. Más grandes de lo normal que encuentras en París. Excelente relación costo-beneficio. Si no compras desayuno te dan panecito y café casi en cualquier momento.

Hôtel proche transports. Personnel d'accueil gentil. Chambre tout à fait correct salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle et jolie. Le matelas un peu dur pour moi mais j'ai un tempur à la maison alors après les autres me semble toujours moins confortable. Dans l'ensemble plutôt propre. Un plateau service avec le thé et le café. Donc un hôtel que je recommande pour un bon rapport qualité prix. (chambre 38)
