Small Paris hotel in cool little neighborhood that puts everything at your fingertips. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, 5 minute walk to Metro, walk to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Friendly staff, clean, well-maintained rooms, excellent French breakfast. Minus? TINY rooms.
Small stylish hotel in a very lively local area, but away from the typical tourist scenes. Trendy rooms, small but convenient. Very good beds. Nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Nice staff that will help you with making restaurant reservations.
From arrival to check out everything was amazing. The hotel design is different and very beautiful, breakfast options were very good and it is in a prime location, walking distance to some attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if we visited paris.
The first thing to say about the Hotel Duette is it is very fresh and modern with well appointed rooms. Breakfast was very pleasant and a great way to start the day. The Hotel is in a very vibrant area with a market at the end of the street ( note - the Hotel do not allow food to be consumed in your room - we understand they have no objection to the breakfast area being used during the day ). It takes approx 25 mins to walk thro Park Monceau to the Champs Elysees. One observation regarding rooms - Room 1 on the ground floor is near the lift, near reception ( noise can be heard ) and a small courtyard at the back can be a distraction - why somebody had to fill watering cans so early in the mornings was a mystery. If the internal fire door could be closed at night that would certainly cut down on the noise from reception - alas we were told this was a fire door that had to stay open ? Overall Highly Recommended.
Absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Duette! Hoping to stay there again next time I'm in Paris! Thanks for everything! Hotel was modern, clean and beautiful. Close to all kinds of nice stores, cafes, restaurants and the Metro.
We booked the hotel Duette for a couple of days in October with Voyage Prive. It is a lovely hotel. The room is well furnished, modern and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is minimal but sufficient. There are plenty of market stalls selling fruit, veg, meats etc outside the hotel and a few cafes. It is about a 45 min walk from the centre of Paris. We would definitely stay again!
Really nice hotel with a good ambience. Location is convenient and the neighborhood is great with several small cosy restaurants and bars. The rooms are small but ok and after all the purpose of most city trips are not to spend all day in the hotel room.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very nicely decorated and a nice breakfast in a good location. The staff at reception however were less than helpful unfortunately. I went to them a few times asking for help with directions or where I could buy certain things which was met with a seeming unwillingness to help or not make it seem like a chore. That aside, the culmination of this unhelpfulness was on the last day when my girlfriend and I forgot we left some cash in the safe after we had left the hotel. We rushed back to get it before getting our train and the receptionist became coy and would go off to the room behind to speak on the phone quietly. We later found out that the manager had taken the cash home for "safe keeping", something i highly doubt. We're now waiting for them to send us the money from Paris to England which I am not sure how long will take. So, all in all, a lovely place and area but the staff could be friendlier, more helpful and perhaps not take cash that isn't theirs home for "safe keeping".
Super cute hotel very close to the metro. And just a block away from all kinds of restaurants and a huge market with so much good food! Fresh fruit and veggies! The room was very comfortable, nice bathroom. You can open the window and watch everyone. Very secure at night time. And A good breakfast on the morning.
Clean, modern and quiet hotel. Well connected to the city center by subway. Nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms and common spaces very, very small. There is one elevator, extremely small, which does not arrive to the last (5th) floor. Narrow stairs connecting the 4th to the 5th floor, not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities. Does not offer lunch/dinner. Good quality of breakfast products, although a bit limited in the offer. Relation quality-price of the hotel not very good.
