Located in a nice quiet side street but close to good restaurants and lively bars. The reception colour scheme is a little ‘night club’ but the rooms are exceptionally clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. For the money in Paris I would recommend a short stay here.
2 friends and I went to Paris for a few days in August before we started to walk on the Camino de Santiago. I had made the reservations months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled. I had made the reservation on Booking.com and the staff showed me the notice of cancellation made by Expedia! You an imagine my dismay at discovering we had no room. Christopher, the desk staff, assured me that the problem could be fixed and magically 5 minutes later we had a lovely room with three single beds, just as I had requested in the original booking. The hotel is centrally located, near good restaurants and great Metros. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Kudos to Christopher, he made our stay memorable-- in a good way.
The Opera Diva was a lovely place to stay, close to many local attractions, Metro stations etc. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with directions etc. We had a room with a balcony which was great and the room was spotless if a little on the small side. We had continental breakfast during our stay which was excellent and recommended. We fell in love with Paris and the hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Opera Diva!!
Me and my wife visited Paris for the first time and stayed at this place for 4 nights. Great hotel, centrally located with access to many restaurants and shops. The room we stayed at was small but very cozy and quiet. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
This hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating it has. Firstly we were told that there would be no Wifi so we would receive a complimentary breakfast in lieu of this, we did not require breakfast as we had plans already so we did not take them up on this offer. Secondly our bathroom was not cleaned properly from when the previous occupants vacated, our rubbish was full of their refuse, used cutips, dirty tissues.. I told the person working at the desk, he was completely disinterested and advised his manager would be working tomorrow and I can take it up with them. Thirdly the elevator, hallways, and lobby are so tiny, it was awkward to try to manoeuvre your way around with large suitcases. Finally, no amenities whatsoever, no fridge, no room service, no concierge. It may as well have been a serviced apartment. After raising these issues with the manager Julian, my partner received an email telling him he was getting a discount and when we went to check out they wouldn't honour it. Just terrible.
Really lovely hotel, with very helpful staff. Will definitely be back. Great area of Paris. It was very safe to walk back to the hotel at night and there were loads of places to eat in the immediate area. Really loved our stay there.
I visit Paris for a short stay and i could say that this is a 2 star and not a 4 star hotel. Room was small but we already now. The bathroom was the most dirty wc i have ever seen in a hotel. Their hygiene must be inspected. Breakfast was very expensive and poor. No more comments. See the pictures.
This hotel is very nicely appointed. The standard double room was small but very stylish with plenty of cupboard space to hang your clothes. The bathroom was very clean and modern. We had a small Juliet balcony which had an amazing view of Sacre Coeur and the Folies Bergeres. I really couldn't find anything to complain about this hotel, apart from how small the lift is, I don't think you could fit more than 2 people in the lift if they had suitcases. But, having said that, it was not a major problem. It has a lovely lounge in the foyer where you can get a drink or a coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which always makes a huge difference. There was a buffet breakfast, which we didn't use as we had some early morning starts. The area around the hotel has many restaurants and bars and it seems to me that the food and drinks were much cheaper than out in the main streets of Paris. I would recommend this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights at the end of June. Good cleanliness and size of the room. Breakfast absolutely not up to four stars as well as lack of a bar. Not central location. Very much appreciated the kindness of the staff.
I booked my stay from the 28th of June to the 2nd of July 2017. I paid for the booking through the website which they claim is non-refundable. While I was overseas I was informed that my father was admitted into hospital & that I needed to come back to SA. I emailed the hotel before the date and explained the situation. The hotel refused to refund my booking (which is understandable as it was close to the dates) however, when asked whether they would refund a portion of the 600 euros paid, I did not even receive a response to my email. The situation was far beyond my control and all I asked was that the hotel have some compassion for my situation. Disappointing.
