The hotel was great! Perfect location!! The service staff was super helpful, the room was very clean and size wise what we expected in Paris. Which was good enough for my family. Great price and I definitely will stay there again when we come back.
Great room, baby friendly facilities at hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, with very good command in English language. Excellent value for money, 15' walk from Paris Gare du Nord, walking distance to many Paris attractions.
Excellent location in walkable disctance you can reach pretty much everything. There are loads of bistros, brasseries and restaurants in the nearby, all can be reached without having to use the tube, very important if you have to carry a stroller. The most important for us was to find a family friendly hotel, clean and tidy, provided that we travelled with a young baby! All our criteria were absolutely met!The staff was great, we were treated with the highest courtesy and kindness and made our staying there enjoyable and pleasant!
Its a great location, loads of restaurants nearby, and close to metro. Go out for breakfast, its way cheaper and better. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, reception staff friendly. On the negative side, the lift is tiny and slow and you may find it occupied by the cleaning staff. Many things promised on the website, and in the folder in the rooms, do not happen. They told us they don't do airport transport when we asked to book the shuttle. The tea and coffee in the room is not replenished, not even when you ask specifically, and is already very limited. You don't get the promised bottle of water, unless you go and ask for it. I booked a room supposed to have an iron and ironing board, it didn't. The wardrobe is very narrow, and there is no fridge. There is no bar, although website says there is, and when you ask for food or drinks at reception, they say there is none. I don't think the price is that good when these things are factored in. If you just want a good comfortable basic hotel in a good location then its good, if you expect them to deliver what they promise...... you may prefer elsewhere. If you are paying for a better room you get the space, but not the facilities.
Lovely staff. The hotel surprised us and was much better than we expected. Opera arrondissement is a lovely part of Paris, close to some great restaurants and bars. Decor is quite striking, beds were comfortable and breakfast the next morning was a buffet offering an assortment of French goodies and coffee was quite good!
The hotel is very nice, in a good place, close to the central. The room is comfortable, quiet, clean and tidy. We really wanted to take home the bed. Definetly recommend. We would like to come back. Thanks
Me and my girlfriend stayed at Diva Opera because we wanted to travel cheap this time. So we did not expect this brilliant service from all the hotel staff especially the reception. The hotel itself is very modern and clean in great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. (Le Bookie is a billiant restaurant just next door we went to this place three times) The room was very small but nicely decorated with all the facilities you need, The only thing that was wrong was the bathroom door, we were always had trouble with closing it, but Still i would recommend Diva Opera if you want good hotel for good value.
I've been to Paris several times, and Hotel Diva Opera is one of the better hotels I've stayed at in terms of cleanliness, location and modern facilities. Lots of restaurants around the area, within walking distance (c.20mins) to Gare du Nord and Opera/Galeria Lafayette, and several metro stations close by (Grands Boulevards, Cadet) Got this at a very good value as well, would highly recommend.
In a city as Paris you should choose your hotel wisely. If not you risk one or more of the following: old & dirty place, bad location, rip off at check out, scary & noisy neighborhood. Diva Opera manages very well to avoid all of the above. The rooms are very chic and nicely decorated, even if they are small. Several metro stations within easy reach, not over priced at all, neighborhood that offers a nice selection of restaurants and bars. Add to this very friendly staff. I will come back.
First time in Paris and spend 5 nights in this hotel in Feb. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequate and a surprise that the bathroom feature a long bath. There is a lot of eateries around the vicinity and it is within walking distance to many places of interest such as the sacred coeur, the lourve and shopping district of Hausmann Boulevard. Would definitely recommend this hotel to people who wants to explore Paris.
