I dont know if it was because I booked this hotel online on their site (probably it wasnt), but the the truth is that few days later someone had stolen my credit card data and used for online shopping in several Paris stores in the amount of more than a thousand euros. Of course that i'm not sure of what happened, but it was surely very strange. The only good thing about this hotel is that is very near of the metro exit of port of bagnolet. Even considering that, I think that the risk of reserve a room in this hotel and is poor qualitiy doesnt worth the money they ask.

This hotel was literally booked as a place to sleep in between exploring the city. It is located right next to the Porte Bagnolet Metro stop, come sortie 3 (Belgrand) takes you to the door! So it is very convenient, there are a number of cafes, restaurants around which are average price for Paris but there are also 3 supermarkets within spitting distance. Inside the hotel, check in was easy and the staff were helpful and mostly spoke English (when we wanted to cancel the pre-ordered breakfast). The card payment was taken as we check in. The lift was hysterically the smallest lift I had ever been in, said for 3 but 1 person and a suitcase is a squeeze. The room was small, clean and well laid out with an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). There were clean towels and basic toiletries. The shower was about the size of the lift :) and actually had a good pressure level. Just be careful that you don't drench the whole bathroom because the shower head swivelled unexpectedly. Yes the walls can be thin and there was a stale smell of cigarettes in the corridor. But the windows opened onto the street and you are able to get fresh air in. The handing of the key to reception was a bit annoying (especially as there wasn't a safe in the room). But the cleaners did a good job (why they needed the key in) and we had our valuables with us. The hotel itself is a 2-3 star hotel by U.K. Standards but for the price wouldn't expect more.

Mold in the bathroom, Rude & Unhelpful staff, namely the receptionists. Very unsafe room key policy,. You simply go enter the ''hotel'', say your room number and anyone at the desk will hand you a key, even if they have not met you before. A couple of times we were just handed keys to the wrong room, incredibly unsafe and dirty. Very disappointing and frankly disgusting overall experience.

We were in suite #15 and I found it over priced for what was provided. The bathroom smelled of disinfectant however, in fairness the cleaning staff had just left the suite, The area around the shower was lime stained from over splashing the shower and this could easily be removed with a little CLR and elbow grease. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. The room measured approx. 12 feet by 8 feet which was mostly taken up with by the bed. The laminate flooring was curled at the edges from obvious water damage. The room was tired and in need of paint or removal of scuffs on the walls etc. The walls appear to lack any soundproofing and conversation would be heard in the halls and adjacent bedrooms. The elevator could be heard as is made it's way from floor to floor. Street noise was minimal except for the occasional police / ambulance siren. The lobby was good, offering maps, coffee and tv with seating and the staff were fairly helpful. The sheets and towels were clean but that is the best I can say for this property. We paid 103E for the room or in Canadian dollars approx. $160.00+...way over priced for what was delivered.

We ordered 2 rooms for a week (3 adults & a kid). Although everything is tiny at the hotel our stay was convenient. If you are looking for a place to sleep, that is clean and right next to Metro station this is the place. The breakfast was OK. Rooms small but sufficient and with AC as well as large windows. Value for money we did a great deal!

We loved this budget hotel very much but there was a few problems that occurred such as the heating was stuck on for our full 5 night stay due to problems with the hotel pipework so it was very warm in our small cosy room yes we could have opened the windows but we found it was too cold so there was no happy medium and when my partner went to find out if there was any way to turn the heat off the receptionist replied with but it's cold outside....The bed was ok for me but my partner thought it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete but we understand that beds are nkt toherelheo everyone's liking and finally this hotel welcomes people from all country's but we found that the welcome pack and all room instructions were all in french and difficult for us as we were from England so that's the only bad points really other than than that the hotel was lovely room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and soaps and tea and coffee ect and the staff couldn't do enough the manager even took us across the road to help us purchase snails as we really wanted to try them and took us back to the hotel and cooked them for us lol. The hotel was very close to places for food and the metro is right on the doorstep so all in all a great budget place to stay *thumbs up* and thanks for making us feel so welcome.

It was everything we expected except for the one thing: bathroom. Still, the only problem we've encountered with it is that it's pretty cold in there at winter. On the other hand, we had a heater we could put in there. Otherwise it was pretty cool and stylish in a way. I'd recommend it for the people who are not very demanding people and don't want to spend too much money since the hotel is a place where you mostly sleep. Besides they've cleaned our room every day and changed towels every day. What else should one demand? Just don't forget to leave some tips - they'd like you even more. Oh, you have to pay for wifi. It´s 7 euros for 3 days as far as I remember.

There's a metro right outside but its a good twenty-thirty minutes from the center and where its all happening. Great if your getting to bed at 12 but not so convenient if you want to sample Paris after hours nightlife activities and culture Taxis can be a bit expensive in old Paris. Apart from that I cant complain. There's a mcdonald's over the road and shisha bar next door. Staff are very friendly

Very convenient budget hotel in Paris. We stayed for three nights, the room was basic but clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful in giving directions, and even making the room available to us before check-in because we arrived early. The hotel was located near the coach station, there's not much to do in the neighbourhood, but the metro is right outside and takes you to the centre in about 20-30 minutes. Facilties are somewhat limited, breakfast is not included, wifi isn't free, and there is no AC in the room. However, especially seeing as accommodation in Paris can be extremely expensive, I would recommend this hotel, and stay here again myself should I go back.

ok, booking a place 3 days before the trip is not the best of ideas. All decent places are already fully booked. But the least I expect is a clean place, no matter where I stay. Well, there was moss in the shower room, I am very dubious about the fact that the sheets were actually changed. But waking up on the third morning with a big old roach in my travelling bag is to me a definite "never-go-there-again" place. So yes, it's well placed being at a 2 min walk to the metro station. Yes it's cheap. But that's it!
