The adjoined kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom comes with a double bed which is made up with fresh and clean linens for your full comfort.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and other essential amenities.

The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Classic buildings mingle with modern high-rises in the multicultural 13th arrondissement. The city's main Chinatown teems with bright Asian groceries and a mixture of upscale and budget Chinese and Vietnamese eateries. France's main library, the Bibliothèque Nationale François Mitterrand, is set within book-shaped towers. The Quai de la Gare's hip music clubs, cafes and bars on riverboats draw late-night revelers.

The nearest airport to the property is Airport Charles de Gaulle which is 45 minutes away and you may explore the city by bus or métro.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
