This ideal pied-à-terre for one person is located between the Ledru-Rollin and Faidherbe-Chaligny metro stations, in the Aligre district, famous for its eponymous market.

Less than a 2-minute walk from the Saint-Antoine hospital, this lively district is full of restaurants, bars, cafes, bistros, and even offers a supermarket just downstairs from the building.

Completely renovated in June 2024 and tastefully decorated, this studio includes a French window, a lounge area with a sofa, a 140x190 Murphy bed, a fitted kitchenette, a shower room and a separate toilet.
It is a real cozy little nest, perfect for relaxing after a day of wandering the streets of Paris.

We do not accept arrivals on December 25 and January 1.
