Appartement très bien situé, quartier agréable, bien desservi et pièce à vivre relativement spacieuse pour Paris. Nous étions 4 et les rangements ne sont pas adaptés. Une commode dans le séjour mais aucun tiroir disponible (occupés par les draps et serviettes supplémentaires), une toute petite penderie dans la chambre mais encombrée d'un lit parapluie, d'une planche à repasser, d'un ventilateur et autres ... Un meuble sous lavabo avec encore des serviettes... impossible d'y mettre nos affaires personnelles ... Aucune patère et donc ... Que faire de nos 4 valises ? Inutile d'imaginer cuisiner pour 4 personnes, si l'appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires (plaque, four, ...), c'est plutôt léger en ce qui concerne la vaisselle et les ustensiles (pas de saladier, une mini casserole, ...). Il y a de nombreuses locations saisonnières dans l'immeuble, ce qui nous a valu de subir les remontrances d'un voisin, certainement excédé qui nous reprochait de faire du bruit depuis 48h (nous étions arrivées juste la veille et n'avons crée aucun désordre, 4 femmes la cinquantaine, aucunes fêtes à notre actif...). On le comprend mais c'est peu agréable... En résumé, l'appartement est agréable mais peu fonctionnel pour 4 personnes.
