Delicious 35 square meters one bedroom apartment, for 3 people located in a heart of the trendy Quartier de Bretagne, high quality renovation for a lovely apartment with a private terrasse . Pushing the door you will find: 







  • the Living room: sofa-bed for one adult or 2 children, arm chairs, TVHD with international channel, DVD, Internet connexion, sounds system.


  • the Kitchen open on the living room with: micro wave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and all you might need for cooking. 


  • A dining area with a table and its four chairs.


  • the Bedroom: with a 160 x 200cm size bed and a dressing in alcove that closes with two sliding doors. 


  • the Bathroom: with a bath tub and shower, bath sink and hair dryer and WC.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, however, it is in need of a refurbishment. Bathroom had black mould and was generally grubby. The kitchen was also in need of a refurb and a good scrub. Bed is difficult to access and the bedding needs replacing, pillows were stained which is not pleasant. I bought a pillow for my stay.

Sensational!!

This flat was wonderful! Very large by Paris standards and close to everything with its Marais location. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and their representative met us at check in to give us the keys and go over everything in the unit. If I have one thing to mention that needs to be looked out for, the living and dining areas are divided by a board that is approximately 2” off the ground. It’s the same color as the floor so impossible to see the elevation. I tripped on it and fell, brushing my knee our first day there. Perhaps have your greeter mention to watch one’s step there would be helpful. Otherwise this flat was absolutely perfect!!

Perfect Paris Vacay Hideaway

The photos of this apartment do not do it justice. We thought it would be a cute place but the character of the apartment and the building blew us away. It also could not have been in a better place to see the best that Paris has to offer. We spent every night, after hanging out at the many cafes, hanging out even longer on the private balcony drinking more wine and creating even more memories. We plan to come back to Caprice Amour every year.

Das Appartment war innen tatsächlich sehr schön, allerdings erweckt das Foto mit Balkon einen völlig falschen Eindruck. Der befindet sich in einem Häuserschacht ohne jegliche Aussicht, nicht mal in einen Innenhof.
