Too far from the city, no public transport after 10
The front desk guy is not friendly, he did not give us necessary info as directed. Parking garage access apparently broken. Parking lot full with buses taking most spaces. Parked at next door apartment complex with lots of people loitering in lot; creepy. Room absolutely reeks of old indian food; appears clean besides that, but still so gross. Absolutely cannot access supposed free wifi, called frobt desk 3 times without resolution. I seriously want my money back, but its now midnight and too late to go elsewhere. Seriously disappointed and not at all happy about this situation.
The hay construction going on in the building on my stay there, they should've inform people about it on the website before they book it. They will wake you up in the morning with some loud noise, I couldn't leave because I paid for 3 nights which was non refundable. The place is also out of no where.
The Kyriad Prestige hotel in which we stayed was one of three. We were taken from the CDG airport, where we had waited for an hour, for a curtesy bus to a Kyriad hotel which was not where we were booked. It cost 49 euros by taxi to get to the right one. Our room was on the eighth floor, but noise from the hotel garden was excessive. To go into Paris we had to take a one hour bus ride to a Metro station. Returning was a nightmare. Going for dinner in their restaurant we were seated, but no one waited on us. At the buffet I carved my own beef and served my son. On departure there was no curtesy car until noon, our flight was at 11:15, we had to go to the airport by taxi.
