Rooms are too small and uncomfortable. Bed suppose to be for two but small and child is suppose to sleep up but that is not situable for 2 years old so three of us slept on one little bed. Second - smell in the room is owful!! Can't tell why, sheets are clean but the smell is very disturbing even with the little window open.. Good thing only price and breakfast.. If you are single or couple without children it is ok for few nights just to sleep over for fair price.

The place looks decidedly threadbare. It charges high prices when there is something on at the nearby (4 km) Parc des Expositions. For what was basically F1 accommodation I had to pay EUR 124. Guests smoke at the emergency stairs and the smoke wafts into the corridors. There is one eatery nearby at the Campanile hotel for which the hotel gives coupons which entitle you to a 15% discount.

The service was average but we don't have Ice and Air Conditioner. The Staff was kindly and answer all the questions. The Location is great bus stop close and parking free. The shower was no good condition. But we can use and they need to improve it.

PLEASE USE THIS AS THE DEFINITIVE REVIEW. I am writing this to save you time and heartache. STAY AWAY from this 'Hotel' Cons Not a safe environment. There is no attendant late at night or early morning. The lighting around the hotel is poor. The room smells horrible. Small narrow beds .The beds were hard as a rock !! The air conditioning/Heat did not work and no attendants to help You have to go next door to another hotel If you arrive late to get the keys. ( The attendant at the other hotel was helpful ) The extra door lock did not work The fixtures in the bathroom were broken. The linens were cheap and uncomfortable The beds were small and narrow One small pillow per bed The Classe Roissy was SO BAD that I was willing to throw away the money I spent for two rooms and stay at the hotel next door but there were no rooms available. Now the good..NOTHING. Yes the price is reasonable but ITS NOT WORTH IT UNLESS YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO NEEDS A HOTEL BY TH HOUR I understand that this is a budget hotel. But if you can spend a little more THEN STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT GO BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS OR THE PICTURES BY THE HOTEL. THEY ARE MISLEADING

In the antiques business, my colleague and I made a last-minute booking at this hotel during Paris Fashion Week as we were unable to find any available rooms nearer the city centre where we could park. Frankly, I would rather have slept the night in the van! This establishment is situated in a rather ‘seedy’ area neat CDG airport and is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in – and I’ve stayed in many! The exterior hotel photo was clearly taken on a fine day when there was no washing hanging out to dry from copious windows. For €89.78 each, my tiny room stank of cigarette smoke and the linoleum flooring was pitted with burns where cigarettes had been stubbed out. The shower, toilet and hand basin were situated in a plastic shell in a corner which rocked precariously when you stepped inside. The double (iron) bed had a single bunk bed welded on top, providing an ideal obstruction upon which to hit your head if you sat up during the night! The air-conditioning unit failed to function; only one small fluorescent tube illuminated the room and the linen was damp. There were two wedding parties during our stay (who would have a wedding celebration here?) and the subsequent noise levels interrupted my sleep and continued until 2:00am. Needless to say I slept very badly; fully clothed on top of the bed. Breakfast (€5.90 each) consisted of a cup of lukewarm instant coffee and a suspicious looking croissant. I was profoundly relieved to drive away the following morning - never, never, never again!

The location was a bit spooky (several vague people waiting near the entrance and near the reception) but it could easily be reached from the autoroute by car coming from the north. The breakfast was okay considering the price. One evening my key card did not work anymore which I found somewhat annoying but I was well helped by the reception. I was surprised that my passport was xerox copied. In the future I will hide some information on it before the reception makes a copy.

Its the worst place I ever stayed in. It's not clean! They pic look better then it actually is.. It's too far from centre. Just do yourself a favour and don't go there. They shouldn't even have that one star.

Nice clean and well managed hotel. The only thing we encountered problem of was connectivity. Its connected to local transport but google hardly gives good information. But the hotel was clean and well equipped with necessary things. Easy checkin/checkout process.

You should work hard on the rooms. You have customers but with the service and the room we see it's very bad that your name is first class. The shower is not working at all. I'm sure that you never make maintenance for the rooms

Well if you need a place to stay that’s not too far from the airport then I guess this place would do but I don’t suggest to stay there longer than a night. If you plan on staying longer than a night then I suggest pay the extra few bucks and go to Kyriad next door. It was cheap and affordable but the room was awful. It was small, smells like cigarettes, and not very clean. The WiFi didn’t really work well either. The first night I was there somethings didn’t work and when I asked for help and they said nothing they could do until the morning. The staff was friendly and the bus stop is right outside the gate but if you’re heading towards Paris it’s about a 1/2 an hr bus ride.
