Be prepared when arriving after 6pm Mon-sat or Sunday all day that you will need to call the host to be able to get inside. Standing on the street with your luggage waiting for them to arrive. Besides the check in everything was great!

The cleanliness, location, and comfort were all very good and lived up to what was described online. However, we did not have a good arrival experience. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, and it was very difficult to find someone to receive us. We called several times, but the calls kept going to voicemail. When someone finally answered, they told us that check-in was at 3:00 p.m. I had to remind them that I had paid for the accommodation starting the previous day, so we were already entitled to access the property.

It was very simple to check in- the concierge was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with enough amenities. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin so when people pass bu the corridors, you can hear anyone walk past. The location was amazing and central.

The room is great, very clean. AC works great. The manager is great. Very happy about my stay. I lost my passport during my trip. The owner let me stay another very helpful night. And, let me stay a few more hours while I book my flight, for no extra charge. I am very thankful.

Small basic apartment in Paris. Close to a metro stop. Check in was fairly straight forward. Keys are collected from a business owner in the area who was very pleasant and helpful. The recommended parkade seemed secure, however it was an extremely tight fit for the minivan we were driving and I might recommend trying somewhere else if you have a larger vehicle, unless you have top notch precision parking/driving skills. There seemed to be several parkades nearby. With regards to parking, we were also unsure how to access our vehicle after hours. We needed to get some things out of our van later in the evening and found the parkade all locked up. Luckily we happened to be there around the same time another guest was trying to check in and he somehow got ahold of someone who was able to open the main gate. The apartment had AC, which was very welcome during the Paris heat wave. The apartment did smell somewhat slightly of cigarette smoke. Despite lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies etc nearby, this was not my favourite location that I have stayed in Paris. As a tourist, I would likely head back to Montemarte next time.

Highly recommended ❤️ safe and convenient

The place is very convenient on everything,we were 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids, we enjoy our stay, restaurants fast food is just around the area. 2 minutes walk going to the metro it’s easy to travel around and see different tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the owner is very nice very accommodating, if you have questions you just go to her boutique beside the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re traveling with kids, families or friends cause the location of this apartment is very convenient on everything. Thankful to the owner for letting us check inn earlier than our check inn time.almost forgot it has Ac 😊

Communication was lacking. 3 of us stayed for 3 nights, no daily cleaning, was given 2 small rolls of toilet tissues and was told to make it last or we'll have to purchase our own after. The bath towels was low quality. I wash my car with better towels. Lots of food options in the area and seems safe.

It was very easy to shop, eat, and take the metro to go anywhere we needed to go. The host for the property was very accessible, kind, and accommodating. There wasn't air conditioning, which is pretty common, but we couldn't open the window either. If we could have opened the window, the room would have been much more comfortable. Being able to do laundry was amazing! I loved that we could clean our clothes before we packed to go home--so convenient!
