In one of the very few and privileged skyscrapers in the heart of Paris, and the one with the most sought-after view, you will not only enjoy the Eiffel tower but the whole cityscape right from the living room and kitchen. The 1st building in Beaugrenelle, it has a long-standing reputation, 24/7 surveillance and round the clock reception. Fully furnished and with vibrant decor.

10-minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower and located right by the Seine. Very well connected, just next to Metro 6.

Please take note that this is our primary residence so you'll see our stuff around. There will however be room for your personal effects .

Our flat is facing North and East, we have the sun until 1 PM. For confort during hot sunny days, we have now 2 mobile Aircon Units, as well as Aircoolers, and electric reflective blinds. Though the building does not have a general aircon, so it can get hot during hot/sunny days.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
