Tuvimos una ruptura de tubería en el edificio que inundó parte del apartamento la primera noche. No conseguimos conectar con absolutamente nadie encargado de la casa, ni en los números de teléfonos proporcionados por Belvilla, ni con el dueño, ni con personas encargadas del apartamento, absolutamente NADIE. Nos pusimos en contacto con la policía francesa para que nos ayudara en tal situación y nos propuso de buscar un fontanero. Así lo hicimos, Paris, viernes de madrugada, con lo que ello implicaba… Pagamos una factura de más de 700 de nuestro bolsillo y el problema no se pudo solucionar. Después de más de 30 llamadas ( todas ellas a números de diferentes países, ni uno solo en español) y una noche sin dormir, a las 10:00 h del día siguiente, conseguimos contactar con los responsables de la empresa. A día de hoy, 6 de octubre, todavía están investigando qué sucedió. No sólo se nos fastidiaron las vacaciones de 4 días de Paris con menores y dos personas de casi 80 años… sino que adelantamos dinero para solucionar un problema que no era nuestro. Nadie se preocupó por nosotros el resto de los días. En el piso de abajo no se podía estar ya que la humedad era insoportable! Menos mal que nos manejamos en inglés y en francés pero no me puedo imaginar que hubiera sido de una familia que no entendiera nada de nada. Un desastre, inhumano, degradante. Tenemos que esperar, unas semanas más, para ver qué es lo que deciden ( no sé quién) o el dueño, o las empresas de alquiler del apartam

Tuvimos una ruptura de tubería en el edificio que inundó parte del apartamento la primera noche. Nos sentimos completamente abandonados, un auténtico desastre. Por supuesto, en caso de que no se solucione como corresponde…se tomarán medidas legales.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Authentic Loft. Het was zo fijn om een moderne, gezellige ruimte te hebben midden in de wijk Oberkampf. De metrostations liggen op korte loopafstand, waardoor we gemakkelijk de stad konden verkennen. De loft zelf was goed uitgerust, ruim genoeg voor onze groep en de sfeer was precies goed. Ik voelde me er meteen thuis! Het enige wat ik zou willen zeggen is dat er iets meer verlichting in de slaapkamers zou mogen, maar over het geheel genomen is het zeker de moeite waard. Ik zou hier zo weer verblijven!
