A decorative fireplace, shelves and a storage cupboard. Overlooking the kitchen behind a stone arch. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage in oak style "gendarme hat" floor with linoleum. Large work plan. Integrated fridge, four-burner gas hob. Electric oven. Sink. Old solid wood table and four chairs.
Shower room with comfortable shower, toilet, sink and storage under sink. Small mirror cabinet. Separate space for gas boiler for hot water and heating of radiators in all rooms. Storage space in this space with small cupboards and shelves. Tiled floor. The bedroom is spacious and warm with a solid bamboo parquet floor.
Storage shelves and a television aerial socket. Large 160 cm wide bed with two bedside tables. and a storage unit.
The windows are double glazed. Electricity is up to recent standards.
Transport is at the foot of this house of character. (Bus). Two possible stations with RER D at Athis and RER C and D at Juvisy sur barge. Also ten minutes by car from Orly airport. Apartment near the city center with all shops and town hall.

Wunderbare Unterkunft zum Entschleunigen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles um eine ruhige Zeit dort zu verbringen. Es handelt sich um ein historisches Gebäude mit viel Charme. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter ist problemlos auf Englisch möglich. In knappen 20 min. ist man mit dem Auto beim Bahnhof Choisy-le-Roi, das dortige Parkhaus ist kostenpflichtig,und erreicht von dort aus in 3 Stopps die Notre Dame. Es besteht eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Gebäude, dazu sollte das Auto nicht zu groß sein. Wir fahren einen 2008er BMW X3, größer sollte der Wagen nicht sein. Sonst sind andere Parkmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

L accueil de M. Vignot est chaleureux. En provenance de Martinique, il a été de bon conseil,très disponible et arrangeant . Le local est propre et spacieux. Athis Mons est une ville dynamique et est excellemment placée pour les visites et les déplacements. Après des journées actives, une bonne literie et un calme propice à la récupération. Nous vous conseillons sincèrement cette location.
