While the location and decor were great, unfortunately, the apartment has a serious damp issue meaning the second bedroom isn't usable and the whole place has a damp smell. There were also issues with bad smells from drainage in the master e-suite and early morning noise from above. These issues were communicated, but the only resolution offered was an apology for the inconvenience. If the damp and drainage issues are addressed properly, the property would be great. Unfortunately, due to the design of the rooms (no ventilation in the bedroom), I can't see this being a short term fix.
