House in gated community with capacity for 12 people distributed by 4 Suites (are 3 double beds and 6 single beds). The House has integrated environments with living room with fireplace, 1 toilet, games room, dining room with table for 12 people (can enlarge up to 20 people), large barbecue area, orchard with fruit trees and direct access to the dam. . Our house is called Ranchinho affectionately for its creator and brings different decoration with theme of the Brazilian Railroad. Large spaces for you to enjoy and play sports in the condominium clubs and the Jurumirim dam.
The vacation home features a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a fireplace.

A estadia foi muito bem, o anfitrião nos recebeu maravilhosamente bem , excelente pessoa e nos deixou muito a vontade em sua casa onde desfrutamos de momentos super agradáveis em família... Recomendo a residência do Sr. Conrado a todos aqueles que buscam tranquilidade e um ambiente original , onde tivemos a oportunidade em viajar no tempo com sua decoração super original envolvendo o mundo da ferrovia do Brasil e do Mundo ...
