bom hotel, instalações do quarto e banheiro antiga (piso, azulejo etc) mas não estavam em estado ruim. Café da manhã muito bom, falta um requeijão e manteiga apenas, tinha muita variedade de pães e bolos, 2 tipos de suco, iogurte, etc. Valeu pelo custo benefício

O custoxbeneficio foi bom para nos mas achamos que o hotel precisa de alguns ajustes como box inteiro o banheiro molha todo quando se toma banho e tem partes do teto e a porta do banheiro estavam com a pintura descascando.localização é ótima. Café mais ou menos sem muitos atrativos, para uma noite foi bom.

Cabides no banheiro não existe.

Detectei a falta de Suportes para colocar as toalhas assim que foram usadas a noite no banho. Tivemos que improvisar onde as pendurar,para serem usadas no domingo pela manha apos o banho. Expus isto na saída,mas não notei muito interesse em resolverem. Café nota 10. Mas quando surgir outra oportunidade voltaremos,pois eu daria nota 9,5 a eles. luiz fernando.

Por dora charmoso por dentro aterrorisante!

Sempre tive vontade de ficar no que chaman de apart hotel, pois e somente quarto e banheiro! Quarto com piso frio velho com alguns soltos e quebrados grudando no tenis .cheiro nada agradavel dentro do quarto e Resolveram fazer uma manutencao na caldeira as 18 bem na hora que eu precisava sair e nao tinha agua quente para tomar banho! Bancada solta, ar condicionado antigo frigobar barulhento e se houve todo o ruido do corredor! Detalhe da recepcionista atende agente mascando chicletes e se precisar chegar de madrugada tem que esperar acho que o seguranca acordar pois demoraram muito para abrir o portaoe nao fica ninguem na recepcao!

Bom custo benefício.

Acho que falta manutenção., não por falta de pessoal pois este nos foi prontamente atendido quando solicitado, mas por falta de pintura nas paredes (vários locais com a pitura descascando e manchadas), portas desmanchando na parte de baixo. O ar condicionado é travado em uma única temperatura e ai ou passa-se frio ou calor. A localização é muito boa e um lugar bem tranquilo e silencioso. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

O hotel possui uma boa localização, no entanto os móveis são bem antigos. tive que trocar de quarto, pois o que me foi oferecido estava muito ruim. Os travesseiros são baixos e tive que solicitar mais quatro. Não tinha toalha de rosto e as toalhas de banho são de péssima qualidade. Não tinha, petiscos na geladeira, somente bebidas.A recepção não atende os telefonemas do quarto. Não consta a indicação de aqua quente e fria no banheiro oque pode causar acidentes de queimadura em crianças. Ponto Positivo: O colchão é maravilhoso e de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é razoável.
