Part of the privately gated Seabreeze Residences, the villa is tucked away on a quiet private road just off lively Vrysoudion Avenue, close to everything you may need, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind.

The beautiful coastline of Protaras is only 400 meters away, while the blue-flagged Ayia Triada Beach, Crystal Springs, and Serena Beach can all be reached in less than 1km. Within a short distance, guests will also find shops, taverns, cafés, bars, and restaurants, making everyday living feel easy and relaxed.

Inside, the villa feels bright and welcoming. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light from large windows and wide sliding doors that open directly onto the outdoor space. A guest toilet on the ground floor adds extra comfort and convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for effortless holiday living, whether preparing breakfast at home or enjoying long, relaxed dinners together. Outside, the spacious patio surrounds the private swimming pool (6m x 3m, maximum depth 1.5m) and creates the perfect setting for sun-filled afternoons and outdoor dining.
