Protaras Villa Dafni is a beautiful house located in one of the most convenient locations of Protaras within three minutes walk from some of the best beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in the area.



The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and all modern appliances. A living room area with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, dining table for eight persons and guest WC.



The upper floor features the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.



Protaras Villa Dafni is fully airconditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed private internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian speaking channels as well as all sports channels.



The whole outside area is fully decked, and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. Villa Dafni offers a very comfortable, semi covered pool patio equipped with sofa set, dining table, bar with stools and a state-of-the-art BBQ.

Well Located, Clean and Modern Villa

This contemporary and luxurious accommodation is perfectly positioned for the beaches and restaurants of Pernera, and just a 15-minute walk from Protaras town centre, along the promenade. The interior is clean and modern, with all necessary amenities and friendly, responsive rental staff on hand if needed. We had some minor issues, but these were sorted almost immediately.We would recommend this villa for couples and families. Although the pool is lovely, the area surrounding has been covered with decking, which is not the best quality installation. There are screws sticking up and loose boards, which is the only thing that prevented me giving a five-star rating.

Location was excellent Property was dirty, cleaners still there at 5.45pm check in 4pm. Dirty hand marks on walls, broken glass and empty water bottles under sofas with dried liquid stains. Broken headboard on single bed, dirty towels, next door villa occupants partying every night from 5pm ---3am this was relayed to Mary te supervisor
