"Me & my daughter have stayed here 2 xs a year always has been a nice place . 930 PM 6/12/26 called to confirm hotel reservation & asked about hot breakfast we having sausage eggs etc . We got to the hotel went inside 14 min no front hotel host said hello several xs looked down the hall ways . I called the hotel phone # guy came in from around back said he was eating dinner .Took another 15 min to get a room said he doesnt have any rooms finally found our reservation 30 min total get a hotel room key. I live in America & except to have a hotel host have some what good English to understand him I never try 2 be rude but this was nuts you need translator to figure out 75% of his ability to talk to customers. Room 122 has some type of fragrence smell I was sneezing non stop very bad. The nail on coffin 4 us was the worst hot breakfast we ever had & I travel non stop we walked in there no eggs no orange juice 3 bagels hard as rocks no sausage no nothing..Last aug this hotel was awsome some how things change maybe new owners ? The western slope is next door & was $20 cheaper that will be where we stay next time we just had good times here in the past with a nice little breakfast! I check out leave our room go to the front lobby no hotel host?? 10 min I go aroumd the corner to the laundry room guy very nice knocks on door he comes out looks like he been asleep who nos I want a receipt he could figure out how 2 print 1 10 min later gives me copy of credit card slop half torn."
