The apartment in itself is great, small, fresh and newly renovated. Location is super, close to anything you need. But if you like to rest this isn’t the place for you. Pubs close by plays music until late at night, and in the morning the construction by neighbours starts before 8AM. Smell from the bathroom the management haven’t cared to easily fix by putting in an air freshener for, and the dish washing sponge wasn’t new (I’m not a clean freak but it doesn’t feel fresh to wash your dishes with something you don’t know how many other guest have been using).
From my experience the management of this property is not professional. At check in I got the complete wrong info. It was a mess finding the apt. since they gave me info to another apt. , even the key password was to another booked place (I realised this when I was walking into someone else’s apt. and saw suitcases on the floor! I felt so embarrassed). I no phone connection in Paphos so I was not able to reach the management, luckily I had a local friend who made the call (without him I would never been able to get the right info and been stranded on the street). The management we talked to was not even located in Cyprus and had as little idea as us what apt. it was and wasn’t much help. I understand mistakes can happen but this is extremely unprofessional and not ok. Zero compensation for this mistake. I’m very disappointed about the whole situation and wouldn’t recommend the company Phaedrus Living to anyone.
