Stayed in the Annex was not to my liking, As people whom were staying there too were very selfish as to slamming doors at stupid Oclock. On the plus side Nayia was a great host whom gave a warm smile most mornings, The Room was not me Shower/toilet was Crap.I had to buy cleaner to clean the toilet bowl and also put it down the shower plughole. The Staff were Okish but had there work cut out to manage to clean the rooms ect, The Grounds was a shamble ok was out of season, But i cant see it being any better in the main season. Ok you get for what you pay but not for me as its a B/B hotel if you need a meal they go out to source it from the nearest Cafe. And the swimming pool had green algae. Very Poor all round.

We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, our room was in the annexe of the main hotel and was perfectly suitable for us. Room cleaned every day, staff always around in case they were needed. We were mre than happy with the service we recieved, thank you to the team.

Admittedly my visit was in very low season, but the hotel barely reflected its' 2star rating. The grounds were cluttered and very untidy. The price included breakfast which turned out to be continental style, although a choice of eggs fried or scrambled were offered but nothing else to accompany them. The bedroom was of reasonable size acceptable for a solo guest but the bathroom represented a 'shoe box'. Room heating was provided via the air conditioning system that produced more noise than heat.Staff provided a welcome relief, were very friendly and obliging and made up for some of the pitfalls.

Occupied a room in the annex part of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and suited my requirements. On my arrival was given a warm friendly welcome by Mario. The next morning was welcomed by Nayia , the manager and again made to feel most welcome. Met up with some old friends and had a great time. Been visiting this hotel since 2012

This was my fourth visit to this hotel in a year, and again, it didn't disappoint. During my stay, the hotel had some refurbishment, all the room furniture was replaced / updated, with brand new beds and bedroom furniture. Always made welcome by the staff, and treated like an individual, rather than a 'number'. Would certainly not hesitate in making a return visit.

The kings hotel is a 2 star hotel, so I was nervous about having booked it! But - actually - it's a lovely little hotel. It's small, it never feels overcrowded, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. It is a 5 minute walk to the sea and on the main road that is packed with restaurants and fun. There are lots of buses that can take you to the harbour or to Coral Bay. You are a 10 min walk to the Tombs of the Kings and a 25 minute walk around the headland which takes you to the harbour, the castle, the archeological site and shops. In between sight seeing, we stayed by the lovely hotel pool which was extremely relaxing. The breakfast buffet is ample. The room was in the annexe, and a large twin room with a balcony. Its basic, but I loved it there, and would go back!

Stayed I the kings hotel from 20 September till 4 October this was my second time and I was not surprised that the place was full again with returning guests my room 307 was facing the road and yes it was noisy this room would benefit from double or triple glazing the rest of the too was fine breakfast was good yes no bacon but there was plenty to eat and nayia could not be more helpful and the rest of her staff tried hard to make the holiday good what people have to remember who book this hotel its 2 star if y want better don't stay here there is better hotel in the coast line but why most people return is the friendly atmosphere and of course nayia

First time here and got a room looking out onto the main drag strip. You do get a lot of traffic until late. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants including the karaoke bar. The hotel itself is clean and the staff seem pleasant.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It is a family hotel. The owner Niyia couldn't do enough for her guests, that is why they have many guests, which we met, that have been returning for 25 years or more. Some rooms need a little touch up, nothing major. They are basic, pleasant and clean with comfy beds and excellant air conditioning. I never stay at the same place twice, yet I loved the atmosphere here, from booking in we were made to welcome and over the coming days we felt more and more at home here. I know we shall be returning to this hotel. It's a hotel which has just the right amount of guests, where everyone gets to know each other and everyone says good morning to you, and you can have a little chat, if you want.

The room was old and the bathroom was small and dirty. The breakfast was poor in selection and overall the hotel is not in a good shape. They served us expired drinks. The only positive that I can say for the hotel is the hostess who is very polite and pleasant.
