The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. Unfortunately the facilities are not, as described in the ad, nor in the customer comments, the rooms are from a lower quality hotel, the same as the pools, if it were not for the staff who work there they would have closed a long time ago.

The property was beautiful and well kept. The beach views are spectacular. The entire staff from the front desk, wait staff, bartenders, cleaning crew, were all so welcoming, helpful and truly nice people. The resort is very peaceful and not overcrowded.
