Staff was helpful but getting to property with bags is very difficult for senior people.
Taxi does not drop off at hotel.

I didn't like the loft on room 10 because it was right under the terrace cafe so all the chair dragging was loud and right above you. Also, the hotel needs some furniture updating. Staff was great and hotel was very clean. Nice views!
