A tall boot dryer and convenient shelving adorn the back, offering storage for shoes and coats throughout your stay. Nestled at the rear of the garage, discover a queen bedroom complete with an ensuite featuring a shower. Sliding glass doors open onto a charming patio area, extending to the tranquil river beyond. Please note, due to the lack of railings, supervision is advised for young children in this area.

UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE
Ascend to the pinnacle of open-plan design, where natural light floods the dining, kitchen, and cozy lounge areas, all tastefully decorated to the highest standards.

The fully equipped kitchen stands ready to facilitate culinary adventures, stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee. Comfort awaits in the cozy twin over twin bunk room, perfect for children. Adjacent lies a queen bedroom, offering closet space, lofty ceilings, and captivating views of the hot tub and surrounding foliage. The primary bedroom, positioned at the front of the property, boasts a king bed, closet space, TV, and ensuite shower room. All beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, the couch doubles as a bed.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
Indulge in modern luxury within the full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower. Pamper yourself with hotel-quality towels and locally sourced body wash/shampoo provided for your convenience.

LAUNDRY CLOSET
A washer and dryer stand ready in the laundry closet for your use throughout your stay.

PARKING
There is one space out the front of the property and one very small space in the garage.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
