Enjoy Grandpa's Home on our beautiful picturesque farm. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms on the main level with NO stairs. Just minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park, Fishing, Hiking, ATV trails and all the great outdoors has to offer. Fall in love with the brand new Stoney Farms, complete with farm animals, walking trails and sitting areas where you can relax and take in the beauty of nature.
The space
Private home on a beautiful farm in the Southern Utah Mountains. You will be able to walk around the farm and see the animals and visit with other guests. You will have your own BBQ area. You are not allowed to enter any animal enclosure or the pond areas without farmers permission for your own safety and the safety of your group.

BUT, WE DO ALLOW YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO HOLD THE LITTLE BABY ANIMALS! Come help gather the eggs and help the farmer feed the huge variety of animals around the farm. (Cows, horses, alpacas, emus, long haired fainting goats, bunnies, chickens, pheasants, peacocks, ducks, fish, …) We invite you to have the full farm experience!

Only good surprises! The best - the ability to see ALL the stars at night. It has been decades since I have seen such a night sky and it was gorgeous. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed. All of the animals were a bonus.

Before our rental date, there was clear and detailed communication about the property, important shops and stops in town, and details about the check in process. The host was great and promptly answered replied to any messages we sent. This is one one of, if not the most, family friendly properties I've ever stayed at. "The farm" as my kids now refer to it, was the highlight of our 7 day roadtrip through Utah. Enclosed back yard, with a small herd of goats and one mini horse the kids could either feed through the waist high fence or go into their grazing area with adult supervision vision. Puppies, bunnies, emu's, cows, llamas, and goats can all be fed twice a day. The "farm hand" is very nice and worked incredibly well with the kids. On top of all of the wonders of the farm, the house was very clean, well laid out, and felt luxurious. The back porch/yard area has a fire pit and the lighting is very adequate for late night hot dog/ marshmallow roasts. Central A/C also worked very well. My 6 year old rates this place 100 stars out of 10, and I agree.
