Our first room the lock on the sliding glass door on the main floor was broken. We were moved to another room however the fridge stunk so upon opening it the room smelt horrible. The light initially worked in the bathroom and then that burnt out. The breakfast was horrible in a small eating area with everyone else there was no seating. The hotel caters to Japanese, Chinese and Koreans. The TV including the controls have no english. Upon checking out the front desk did not have all the receipts so after we paid what we were told was owed and we left to go eat since there is not a restaurant on site we were chased down at the restaurant. We told them we would be back after we ate but then the proceeded to call the restaurant where we were eating. It was embarrassing to say the least even after we said we would return. It’s a very institutionalized hotel with not much to offer in an alley with concert views of a pool with bad decore.
